"Yeah, Hephaestus lives inside Mt. Tiki Tiki, but be careful, according to his wife, Hestia, he's been himself lately." Hawkgirl explained. "Thanks Hawkgirl, oh Roxy wants to talk to you." Carly thanked as she passed the mirror to Roxy. "So did my love potion work?" Roxy asked. "Perfectly! I can't thank you enough Roxy!" Hawkgirl answered. "I got to go, the general of the Valkyries is calling me." Hawkgirl said as the call ended.
Now back to our story!
"Wait it says here that Tiki Tiki Mountain is 25 miles from here!" Elle exclaimed. "I got an idea!" Lexi then whistled calling on the Thestrals from before. "The Thestrals will take us as far they can then we'll have to walk the rest of the way." Lexi explained as they all got on a Thestral and flew off.
"These infinity orbs. I was reading about them and they some amazing! It says that the stone can only unlock the full power of the true finder." Mavis read aloud. "Well let's hurry up and find this flame." Piper smirked as the thestrals went faster.
After flying for a while the thestrals brought them as far as they and now our heroes are walking the rest of the way. "There it is Tiki Tiki Mountain." Lexi smiled as the pointed to the volcano. "Don't tell me..." Kami started. "He lives..." Jason continued. "Inside the volcano? Yep." Lexi concluded with a smirked.
"How do you expect us to go inside a volcano with burning out skin off?" Elinor asked. "Easy, the leafs from the Fire Dragon Fruit can protect you body from getting burned, so you should be fine." Lexi answered as the reached the top of the volcano. They then all ate one of the leaves from the Fire Dragon Fruit, except Lexi and jumped into the volcano.
"I can see the palace!" Charlotte observed as they swam down to the palace to see Hesita waiting for them.
"I assume you are the ones Hawkgirl were talking about." Hestia assumed, Lexi nodded. "Good, as you know my husband hasn't been himself lately. I've been very worried about him so have Athena and Persephone too." Hesita explained. "What do you mean he hasn't been himself?" Ella asked.
"Normally, Hephaestus is very kind and sweet but lately he's been really cold and distant." Hestia answered as they reached a pair of large red doors. "Hephaestus, there are some people here to see you." Hestia announced as she opened the door to reveal Hephaestus sitting on his throne.
"What do they want?" He asked rudely. "See what I mean." Hestia whispered. "Hephaestus, we were wondering if we could have some of your fire we need it so we can make a substance to find the fire infinity orb." Lexi answered as Hephaestus got down from his throne and stared at Lexi and Lexi stared at him.
"No." He denied. "And why is that?" Lexi asked. "Do I have to have a reason?" He asked in a cold tone. "Everything has a reason behind it. So, I'm gonna ask again. Why won't you give us the fire?" Lexi asked. "You're an annoying little mortal, you know that right?" Hephaestus answered.
"Yeah, I know." Lexi answered. "You still never answered my question, Hephaestus." Lexi reminded him. "I'm the god of fire, you're just a little teenager that can use fire magic. I don't need to answerer to you." Hephaestus countered. "I'll have you know Hephaestus that I am the current fire geisha! So really I am not some little teenager!" Lexi shot back.
"Please, you're just a cute little twerp. You can fit in my palm, who can a little twerp be the fire fire geisha." Hephaestus laughed. "I am not short! I'm fun sized!" Lexi scolded. "Oh right cause that's so much better." He laughed.
"You know for the fire god you're pretty cold hearted." Lexi observed as Hephaestus got closer to Lexi face. "You know twerp, I can burn you in 15 seconds." Hephaestus informed her. "I'd like the see you try." Lexi smirked. "Lexi, do you know what you're doing?" Logan whispered. "Of course I do." She answered.
"What did you say?" Hephaestus asked rudely. "I said I'd like to see you try." Lexi repeated, Hephaestus chuckled. "You have no idea what you're getting yourself into twerp." He chuckled as he sat back down on his throne."What's wrong Hephaestus, scared you gonna get beat by a girl?" Lexi smirked. "No, I just don't want to hurt a little twerp like you." He answered making Lexi mad. "What do you mean by that?" Lexi asked.
"I'm just saying a little person like you can't even have that much power." He answered as Hephaestus picked up Lexi in his hand and brought her up to eye level. "Look fire breath I can take you on anytime that I want, and win." Lexi smirked. "Okay. If you win I'll give you the flame. And if I win you stay here forever as my slave." Hephaestus bargened.
"Excuse me! Hephaestus, if I may object-" Logan then got cut off by Hephaestus. "No!" They both answered. "Hephaestus, don't kill her, she's just a teenager." Hestia sighed. "So? When I was her age I already had way more power than she did. She'll be fine." Hephaestus scoffed. "We'll do quick draw." Lexi smirked as Hephaestus and Lexi stood back to back. "Ten paces." Hestia announced.

"FIREBALL!" Lexi chanted as a fireball got shot at Hephaestus. "Child's play." Hephaestus scoffed. "PHOENIX ROAR!!" Hephaestus chanted as a pheonix made of fire hit Lexi right in the stomach sending her backwards. "Lexi!" Logan yelled. "She's fine. Get up twerp." Hephaestus ordered as Lexi got up holding her stomach. "Hephaestus! I told you to take it easy on her!" Hestia reminded him. "And I said she's fine!" Hephaestus shot back.
"FLARE BLITZ!" Hephaestus chanted as a cyclone of fire surrounded Lexi burning her skin ironically. "INFERNO!!" Hephaestus chanted making Lexi slam into one of the torches burning her skin. "AGH!!" She yelling in pain. "And, now for the grand finale! INFERNO OVERDRIVE!!!" He yelled as a giant wave of fire hit lexi sending her through 5 walls!
"Lexi!" Logan yelled as he ran over to Lexi who was bleeding a ton from her arm. "Logan...*cough*... I'm fine... seriously... *cough* there's no need to worry." Lexi assured him.
"You're bleeding from your arm." He observed as Logan looked back at Hephaestus. "Roxy grab the fire and run, all of us." Lexi ordered as Roxy ran of the fire once she got back to where Lexi was Logan picked her up and they ran for their lives.
"GUARDS!!" Hephaestus roared as the guards blocked them. "Electro ball!" Roxy chanted as a ball of electricity hit the guards knocking them down. As they swam out of the palace Lexi looked back to see Hestia wink at them. Once they got back to the surface they ran into the nearby forest and stopped to take a breather.
"I think we lost them." Mavis guessed. Logan then placed Lexi leaning against a nearby bolder. "We got the fire right?" Lexi asked as Roxy showed her the jar of Hephaestus flame. "Good, what's the next ingredient?" Lexi asked.
"One of the fire dragon king's scales." Roxy answered. "So we're going back to the fire islands." Noah guessed. "No, the fire dragon king lives in the depths of hell." Lexi answered as she wrapped her arm in medical tape and got up. "So we're going back Tartarus." Lexi nodded. "We'll camp here for the night and her going to the portal in the morning." Lexi said as they started to set up camp.
