With everything that has happened I couldn't sleep. But today was Saturday which meant our day off. It was only two in the morning and I kept tossing and turning around in the bed. That's when Frederick pulled me close and wrapped his arm around me. I just put one leg over and rested my head on his chest and played with his beard.

Shaniya: I'm sorry did I wake you

Frederick: It's not a problem......tell me what's on your mind

Shaniya: I killed a three year old and two innocent people

Frederick: You were doing your job and mistakes like that could happen on the job

Shaniya: I guess but that guy........he doing life in prison

Frederick: He killed someone and attempted to kill you

Shaniya: I took his family from him

Frederick: Look I'll see if I can't put in a good word for him my ex wife was a DA I still have connections but no promises and stop beating yourself up about this

Shaniya: Okay and thank you

I kissed him and it turned into a real nasty wet kiss. I climbed on top of him and he didn't waste any time getting his dick inside of me. All I sleep in is a shirt and socks. Anyways I took him for a ride and after we were done making love the sun was rising. I got out of bed and did my morning routine. From there I made us breakfast. After my grits were done I sat on his lap and shoved the food in his mouth. After that he kissed me and we were back to making love.

I was sitting up on this Saturday morning eating a muffin and looking at cold case of mine about a girl that went missing and was brought here. She was never found and neither was her pimp. I promised her parents I would find their little girl. Eventually they disappeared as well. As I was in deep thought Tamara gave me a cup of coffee and snuggled up next to me on the couch. I put the folder away and just sipped my drink. We been on the team for eleven years. That's when Frederick became sergeant. Pritchard was there from the beginning as well. Brian came last year and there was a another girl on the team but she died in January when we were taking down a suspect. He stabbed her a few times. She should have waited for back up. Now we got Frederick girlfriend here and I know she's hiding something, I can feel it. When I find out I will expose her for the liar she is.
