CHAPTER 16

(same day)
"Take your pants off and put this over you after you lay down on the bed." Clarke instructs to Octavia and she does so with Lincoln's help and they put their armor and weapons to the side

"I can't find her..." Bellamy says as he walks in

"What do you mean you can't find her?" Clarke asks as she finds some blankets

"I don't know where your mom is. Clarke you need to be the one to deliver this baby." Bellamy says full of stress

"I've never done this before..." Clarke says nervously

"Just remember what your mom did when the girls were born, that should help you... I'm going to wait outside, call me in when your done." Bellamy says as he kisses Clarke on the forehead and leaves

"Okay.....umm.. when you have another contraction you push for 10 seconds okay." Clarke instructs Octavia

"Okay..." Octavia says between pain

*10 minutes later*

"Okay... One more and your all done... And push!!!" Clarke orders and Octavia does as told

"AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Octavia screams in pain, but then a rush of relief washes over her

"Congratulations, it's a boy." Clarke says with tears in her eyes and a bug smile as she cleans the baby up and gives him to Octavia. He's a little small, but it's only because he was only born a month early, which isn't bad, in his case.

"He's beautiful Lincoln." Octavia says in between tears and she holds their first-born

"Good job, My Love. You did good." Lincoln says softly, only enough for Octavia to hear

"What's his name?" Clarke asks as she cleans up

"Cayden Ricky Woods. He will be a strong fighter and be a great leader." Octavia says with a smile

"It's suits him. After all his parents are the best warriors I've met. He learn from the best." Clarke says which makes Octavia smile even more

"Yu ste ai houm ai goufa." Octavia says to her new baby son

(Translation: you are my home my son.)

"I'll leave you guys alone for a little and I'll come back to check on you, okay?" Clarke says as she is about to leave

"Bring Bellamy in first." Octavia says as she stops Clarke from walking out if the room

"Okay." Clarke says as she walks out, and gets Bellamy and they walk back in

"Hey sis." Bellamy says with a big, almost sad, smile

"Hey Bell." Octavia says quietly

"You wanted me?" Bellamy asks walking towards Octavia

"Here, meet your nephew Cayden Ricky Woods. Born April 24." Octavia says handing Cayden to Bellamy

"He's cute. Now the girls have someone to play with." Bellamy says with a smile as he looks over his first nephew

"Clarke you can hold him." Octavia says with a smile

"Here." Bellamy says as he hands Cayden to Clarke

"He really is a cutie. The girls will have fun with him when they all get older." Clarke says with a smile causing Octavia and Lincoln to smile even more

"Wait... Wait... Wait... Hold on... He was just born, I don't want to think of him growing older already." Octavia says in a playful tone causing everyone to laugh

"Here, you go." Clarke says as she hands Cayden back to Octavia

"You know what to do right, how to feed him?" Clarke asks as she finishes cleaning up

"Yeah." Octavia says as she runs her finger over her and Lincoln's first born as she stares into his eyes

"Okay, we'll leave you guys alone. I'll come back with my mom and check you guys in a few. And then she can get him ready so you guys can go back to your room." Clarke says with a smile

"Thank you Clarke for everything. Bellamy your lucky to have someone like her." Octavia says with a smile

"Your welcome Octavia." Clarke says with a smile

"Well she is an amazing girl isn't she." Bellamy says with a smirk causing Clarke to blush and they leave holding hands with the biggest smiles on their faces. For once again in a while the Blake/Griffin/Woods family was happy again.

"Thank you for helping Octavia. I owe you one." Bellamy says to Clarke when they are a few feet away from the Medical entrance which makes Clarke blush again

"You already gave me what I wanted." Clarke says with a smile as she stands in front of Bellamy and holds both if his hands

"And what is that?" Bellamy asks with a smirk

"You gave me two beautiful baby girls and a life I never knew I would get to experience. That's payment enough." Clarke says as she gives Bellamy a quick kiss

"Whatever you say My Love." Bellamy says and Clarke continues to blush, they were about to kiss again when they were interrupted

"Clarke what happened?" Abby asks as she runs up to Clarke with Kane next to her

"I had to deliver Octavia's baby. They're okay, but where we're you?" Clarke asks confused, Kane and Abby look down, Clarke and Bellamy become surprised because she knows where Abby was. Abby was with Kane and they were doing it. Then she hears crying, like a baby and Raven comes out holding both girls

"They were sleeping and then I dropped something when I was fixing something and it scared them." Raven says as she hands Avery and Eliza to Clarke and Bellamy

"Shhhhh.... It's okay mommy's got you." Clarke says as she calms down both girls as Bellamy and her each hold one of the girls

"I should feed them, Bellamy bring them to the room, I'll be there in a sec." Clarke says as she hands Avery to Bellamy

"Okay." Bellamy says as kisses Clarke on the forhead and leaves with both girls cradeled in his arms

"Kane, can I talk to my mom privately." Clarke says awkwardly

"Yeah..." Kane says as he walks away

"Mom..." Clarke starts

"Clarke, it isn't what it seems like..." Abby starts to say

"What I was going to say was that I'm happy for you. Even though dad's gone, forever, I'm know he would want you to be happy. I can see that Kane makes you happy and I haven't seen you happy like that in a while." Clarke says and hugs Abby

"Thank you Clarke." Abby says with tears in her eyes

"I got to go the girls are going to get fussy, but check Octavia and the baby in a little. Not right now because we just left, but soon." Clarke says as she hugs Abby again

"Okay." Abby says as Clarke walks away
