Third Person POV -
"Pass it here!" Jinwoo yells out to you as you run to get the ball.
You are at the front of Jinwoo's home in a quiet neighbourhood, playing. You two are neighbours, that's how you met. As days went by, you had become close friends with him. He's been through everything with you. Your first teeth pull, your first time trying soda, your first day at secondary school. But, he was also your first love.
As you pass the ball to each other, Jinwoo accidentally threw the ball onto the road. Without thinking, you run towards the road to pick up the ball. As that happens, a white car drives towards you. This happened quite quickly, too quick actually that the driver couldn't stop the break in time.
The loud car breaks echoes into the main roads, it was too late. Jinwoo runs over to you, tears rolling down his cheeks. The driver quickly dials the emergency number and paced around the scene.
Your parents run out of their house, horrified at the scene that presents itself through their naked eyes. The neighbours came out to see what happened. Again, horrified looks plastered on their faces.
Your body lying on the cold, concrete ground, in your own blood, your clothes are soaked in red. Your head is bleeding heavily, the ball that you went to grab is flat on the ground.
Minutes later, an ambulance arrives at the scene. They put you onto the stretcher and took you to the nearby hospital with your parents in. Jinwoo and his parents followed behind in their car.
Hours went by, your parents are waiting anxiously waiting for the news that you're going to be okay. Your mum and Jinwoo's mum are both crying. Your dad and his dad are talking about what happened. While, Jinwoo cried, blaming himself that if he was the one who had ran to get the ball, it wouldn't happen. He was absolutely traumatised.
The doctor walks to your parents. Your parents run towards the doctor, holding hands, in hope to hear that their baby is okay.
"She's okay, although she will have to stay in the hospital for quite a while. She's not awake yet and.." the doctor suddenly stops in the mid of his sentence and sighed. "She has lost lots of
blood and her brain is damaged quite badly. So, she might not remember certain things."
Your parents and Jinwoo's parents smiles as bright as stars. But there's one thing worrying them, will you remember Jinwoo and your parents?

This is just a little relapse back into the past of your life.
