Anime is Satan?! THE HECK?!

So... well yeah! I'm part of a group in facebook where otakus talk and stuff. Its called 'Otaku Hideout' lol I'm not advertising or anything but whatever. So as I was saying... I'm seeing posts on that group about this page called 'Anime is Satan' okay I'm not here to create a flame or anything. But I just like to share my insights about this page... 

Okay first of all I think that page is stupid. Yup, straight to the point... Perhaps a admin or a supporter of that page is probably reading this and would think 'What the heck?!' or something like that. But well in my opinion its stupid. If you think anime is Satan I don't give a crap. I respect your ideas and stuff. But please... to call anime Satan? Are ya outta your minds?!

How can anime be Satan if they bring smiles to people's faces? ANGELIC smiles to be precise. Just really?! Just so you know anime thought otakus different kinds of things! Probably you're thinking... 'Right! Anime teach homosexuality and stuff!' (I'm not against homosexuality or anything...) Well actually its up to people and stuff...  

Homosexuality is you know liking the same gender or something like that. I know in the bible that well "Go and multiply..." or something. But what's wrong with liking the same gender? If you can be happy then go for it! Follow your heart but use your mind. :)

Okay I'm going out of topic... well going back~~ I think that page is kinda offensive since otakus don't do anything to them. So why are they doing that?! Sometimes you have to think that school is not the only way to learn... there are some things that can be learned by experience too. Like watching anime, the characters there thought me different kinds of things. They thought me how to believe in yourself, be an optimist, do what you have to do and many more. And guess what? They don't even exist! And those things can't be thought in school!

That page also only see the negative side of anime. Why not try to see it in a positive side? I see posts there of the before and after stuff. Before the guy is okay, looks nice and stuff. In the after the guy is haggard, looks like on drugs or something. Just so you know it depends on people how they're gonna take the stuff they see.

You know, I'm an otaku and I'M FREAKING PROUD OF BEING ONE!

Because well... (okay ready your tissues people! XD)

When I was younger, I'm a straight A student. Has lots of friends. Its like I'm programmed to be perfect. But guess what? All of my friends, all of them are FAKE! They just befriended me because I'm a straight A student. I found out that they're talking about me behind my back. From then on I distanced myself from them. They became angry and started bullying me. I ended up alone. One day I came home. I turned the TV on and then a show caught my attention. Fushigi Yugi. I got curious so I watched it. The episode I watched was about the kid who got possessed by an enemy and he is hurting his comrades. Then the kid struggled to get his body back. When he did he stabbed himself. In order to save his comrades. He died along with the enemy that possessed his body. He died a heroic death.

After watching that episode I suddenly thought, I wish I had a friend like him. I liked that anime and started to watched it. After I finished it I was looking for more.

Okay Imma fast forward 'coz I'm getting lazy and was about to cry haha XD

So well I became an otaku and I must say my life became better. I found friends. REAL friends, they also like anime and never left me when I'm in a pinch. I'm still a straight A student. Anime became my inspiration to continue studying. Also I became more happier. So what now? You still call anime Satan?
