Soooo as we know "Ciao" in Italy means "hello" and "Ciao" in China means "bye". So being the random person I am, I suddenly asked my friend this: "Why is Ciao means different from Italy and China?" and theeeeen, my friend told me this story Hetalia style! XD
(Imagine Italy and China of Hetalia) Italics are thoughts
China: *is walking out of the conference room*
Italy: *is walking in the conference room*
China: Ciao, aru.
Italy: What does Ciao means..?

Maybe it means hello!
Italy: Ciao~ve!
My friend: And that is why Ciao of China and Italy are different...
Me: Bruh... =_=
