Thirty Three

Her smile was warm, as the summer breeze but her eyes were something else. They stared him down and froze him like a cold winter night, the sinister look in her eyes scared him even more. He stared at her in disbelief, taken aback by her actions. The once kind and charming girl were now replaced by someone evil

"Jennie?" Rosé mumbled out dumbfounded, she stared at her best friend with a terrified look. The smile Jennie plastered on her face was scaring her, how could Jennie's face be so welcoming but her eyes were filled with darkness?

Jungkook and Lisa made eye contact, she had a smirk on her face. Jungkook clenched his fists and pulled out the gun he had his under his shirt behind his belt, he aimed it at Lisa who seemed amused by his action

"Jungkook! Don't you dare pull the trigger" Jisoo snapped at him, Lisa tilted her head to the side

"No, pull it Jungkook. Or should I pull the triggers on your friends first?" Lisa answered, she grinned evilly. Jisoo grabbed Jungkook's arm and tightened her grip as a warning

"Why won't you pull the trigger Jungkook? Are you seriously doubting yourself right now?" Lisa spoke, she was trying to provoke him and it looks like it worked. Jungkook yanked his arm out of Jisoo's grip and aimed the gun at Lisa again, he was about to pull the trigger when another gun was loaded. He looked to the side to see Rosé holding a gun at him

"Rosé?" Jimin said out in surprise, how did she get that gun? And where? He checked his pocket and noticed his gun was gone, did Rosé take it from him? When? And how did she do it so silently?

"Pull the trigger Jungkook, and I won't hesitate to pull the trigger on you" Rosé growled lowly at him, her voice was soft yet sharp. He stared at her confused, if he didn't pull the trigger Lisa might kill his friends. But if he did he would end up dead

"Well, well, well, looks like we have a conflict" Jennie said, her dagger was still on Yoongi's neck. On slice and he would die, he knew that and that's why he didn't put up a fight

"Why are you doing this?" Taehyung asked her, she rolled her eyes and sighed. Jennie didn't have a good reason on why she was doing this, she was just doing whatever her boss said

"Psychotic people don't have a good reason when it comes to killing" Jin rudely stated, Jisoo smacked his arm and stared at him with anger in her eyes. Who was he to dare call her friends psychos, but he was right. Jennie and Lisa knew he was right, they didn't have a good reason. They don't even remember why they were working for a man like that in the first place

"Jennie, please. Put that dagger down, if you don't have a good reason then why are you doing this? Please stop" Taehyung begged, his voice broke a little and somehow; Jennie's heart stung seeing him plea like that. She shook off the odd feeling and smiled wickedly at him but she didn't say a word, what was she supposed to say?

"Lisa, please. Put those guns down" Jisoo spoke, Lisa stared at her former best friend; confused yet she was willing to do as Jisoo said. Lisa's heart suddenly started to pound faster and harder, what was this feeling? A wave of guilt washed over her followed by a migraine

"Ah!" Lisa groaned out in agonizing pain and fell to the floor with her hands clutching her hair, Jisoo wanted to rush over and help her immediately but Jin held her back mouthing that it might be a trick. And honestly, Jisoo would believe that. Lisa is mischievous, the most mischievous out of all. Doing something like that to attract her opponent is absolutely a trick of hers. So Jisoo stood still, watching as the youngster was clutching her hair and groaning out in pain only to not know it was all real, Jimin rushed over to Hoseok and Namjoon and dragged them over to their side

Jennie glanced to the side, her heart was hurting. Not because that she wasn't able to help Lisa but by a unfamiliar feeling, was it guilt? Fear? Fear of what? All these thoughts running through her mind as she watched Lisa crying on the floor in pain, Jennie took a deep breath, probably going to regret what she was about to do.

Jennie quickly removed the dagger from Yoongi's throat and stormed towards Lisa as she pulled out a gun, Jennie held around Lisa's trembling body with her right arm while holding the gun at the other's with her left arm. She was angry, angry at Jisoo and Rosé who didn't do anything. She knows that what she and Lisa were doing was wrong, but letting a friend, former friend, lie on the floor while trembling in pain was unbelievable. She glared at them all, Lisa was still shaking and Jisoo's heart broke. How could she doubt her best friend? Jisoo took a step forward but only to be stopped by Jennie's dangerously cold eyes

"Don't you fucking dare to come near her" Jennie hissed like a lioness protecting her cub, Yoongi stood up from the floor and walked towards them. Jennie pointed the gun at him, he raised up his hand

"Chill, just let me look at her" He quietly but calmly said, Jennie stared at him doubtful but she sighed

"If you try to pull a trick I won't hesitate to kill you" Jennie said, her voice was like ice. Yoongi nodded

"I know" He replied, Jennie carefully laid Lisa on the floor and stepped back eyeing intensely at Yoongi. He walked to her and kneeled down, he pulled out his phone and tapped on the flash. He checked her eyes then her ears, when he carefully stroke behind her left ear by accident but he could feel a dent or a scar in her skin. He lightly tilted her head to the side so he could check it out better, he removed the hair away from the place. His eyes widened in shock, a L like scar was imprinted there. He stands up from the floor and points at Jennie

"Let me check you too" He suddenly said, Jennie stared surprised at him but let him do what he wanted. Yoongi carefully pulled back her hair and to his surprise Jennie also had the L like scar, he put her hair down again and thought about it for a second. He glanced down at Lisa who had already passed out from the pain

"It looks like he has done something to manipulate you" Yoongi mumbled out, Jennie stared at him dumbfounded

"What do you mean? I can't remember anything like that" Jennie told him, he looked away for a second; thinking hard

"There's something called shock therapy, if the electricity is high enough it might shock the brain so bad that you might have forgotten something from the past. What do you remember before he recruited you and Lisa from the woods?" Yoongi asked her, the vivid memory of them being taken away was still burned in his mind. He wished he could have stopped them, but three men against a bunch of them was impossible

"I-I..." Jennie started but her memories were a blur, she tried so had to remember something, anything. But nothing came up, just small pieces of memories she could not put together
"I can't remember well, my memories are just in small pieces" She responded, Lisa groaned as she started to regain consciousnesses. Jennie quickly rushed to her and helped her stand up

"What happened?" Lisa asked confused, the last thing she remembers were falling to the floor in pain

"What happened to you? Why did you all of a sudden get a migraine like that?" Jennie asked, Lisa thought hard when something popped up in her head.Shocked she almost fell to the floor but Jennie held her up

"Lisa?" Rosé spoke up, she glanced at her friend in concern

"I-I remember" Lisa exclaimed, Jennie stared at her in suspense

"Remember what?" She asked, Lisa glanced to the floor

"He did shock therapy on us" Lisa mumbled, Yoongi nodded proudly

"That's what I said" He responded

"Then why can't I remember anything?" Jennie asked

"Different people regain their memories in different speed, it looks like Lisa got her memories back faster than you" Jin spoke, Jennie glanced towards him and then glanced down to his hand. He and Jisoo were holding hands like a couple, Jennie lifted one of her eyebrows

"When did you two get together?" She asked, Jin and Jisoo glanced down at each other and blushed

"U-Uh" Jisoo stuttered

"Maybe four months ago" Jimin answered for them

"Yeah, they have been really naughty the last two months. Jisoo screamed rea- OUCH!" Rosé snapped her head to the side only to be met by a very annoyed and embarrassed Jisoo

"Shut the fuck up Roseanne" Jisoo snapped in embarrassment, they giggled for a moment before turning back to being serious

"But, I still need to kill you" Jennie nonchalantly said and aimed the gun at Yoongi, Yoongi shrugged his shoulders

"Fine, pull the trigger, Vixen"
