Star's POV

I slowly open my eyes to reveal the sun reflected on my face,I got up from my bed slowly and looked at the time.

Oh it's 6:30..I am not late-

I sneezed

Again

Again

..And again

Goddamnit Naya-

Because of the stupid rain I am like a walking disease..And won't hurt if I take a break..right?

I pursed my lips and headed to the kitchen and everywhere in the house..Searching if my mom is gone or not..

Nope,no mom! I thought happily but my expression changed once I realized something..

Shit..she must of gone to school..She never woke me up,She always expected me to be there..I thought as my hands clenched my nightgown.."What will happen if I.." I said as my eyes trailed to my phone which was on my desk.

Stay back and call her?

Will she..beat me up for being too lazy..? Or will she just beat me up for satisfaction? I thought as my hands were shaking,aching towards to grab the phone..I sighed..

Maybe,I'll just go-

"Achoo!"

Damnit,where's the tissues?

*One minute of finding the tissues and finally..Well..finding it*

"Here you are!" I said happily jumping as I snatch the tissue box and took it to my room "It'll be here for a while.." I muttered while keeping it on my desk.

I jump on my bed and sigh..You know what? I'll take a day off..I am not well..at all..I thought as my eyes averted to my phone and I grabbed it and saw as a message popped up.

Naya: Where are you?

My eyes widened as my hands that held the phone shook

WHAT THE-
WHEN DID SHE GET MY NUMBER?!

Third person POV

They were in the shelter after being in the rain for so long..Well Star persuaded her to do so,It was a tough time to get Naya out of the rain,But Star did it..Somehow..

"God..I am all soaked with water!" Star said looking at herself and cringed at the stickiness the clothes where giving her.."Oh,Cmon it's just water!" Naya said jokingly,patting the blondes shoulder.Star glared at her "Well..it's your fault I am like this anyway.." Star muttered under her breath.

"Huh? What was that?" Naya said out of curiosity,smiling sweetly..But it was her tone was somewhat layered with venom..As if she knew Star was talking about her in a bad way.

"Nothing!Nothing!" Star said nervously,waving her arms around..Naya giggled "It's alright" She said again with a sweet smile.

Star sighed in relief that she was not going to get killed..Well not today at least.

"Say,Star..give me your phone for a moment"

"Huh?! Why?" She said with a panicked tone,She was very protective about her phone,Nothing stands between them.

"Relax,I just want to call my mom"

"Oh" Star sighed and handed her phone to her "You better not drop it" She warned Naya.

"Of course I won't" She said softly as she grabbed the phone gently off of her hands "What's the password though?"

Star slapped herself internally..How could she forget inputting her password?!

Star hastily went towards the purple-eyed girl and took the phone away from her and set her password while giving a glare to Naya which was just screaming 'If you look over here and see my password,I will cut your libs and fry them like chicken'

She gave the phone to her after putting the password and gave her privacy to call her mom.

After a few minutes she gave back the phone,smiling sweetly yet her eyes where saying something which along the lines of what she wasn't supposed to do.

Star just shrugged it off.

So..she..put her number in my phone..while she was calling..her mom..

I snickered a bit
