||10. The Past||

Wow it's the tenth chapter... I even had to look back to the 9th chapter to see what's happening in the story. Lmao. This will be a long chapter!!

||Chapter 10||

Flashback...

"I'll get a grande cotton candy frappuccino." a 20 year old Lucy said, ordering in Starbucks. Lucy gave her a 10 dollar bill to the cashier, giving the change back. "Thank you!" She grinned before going to the counter.

A few minutes, "A grande frappuccino." One of the employees said, sliding a frappuccino onto the table. Lucy grabbed it and sat on the stool in front of the window while taking out her phone. Suddenly a knock on the window was heard which made her look up, she grinned and waved.

The entrance opened revealing Sting and Rogue. "Bitch, what's up?" Sting said while giving her a kiss on the cheek. She laughed and gave a hug to Rogue, "Fine. I was just picking up a drink before work." Lucy exclaimed.

"You're always at work, Lucy. You should have fun," Rogue said which made Sting smile all of a sudden, "Bitch, there's a new club near here. Wanna go?" Sting jumped.

Lucy sipped her drink and laughed, "I don't know."

Sting pouted, "We've never went out for a year now! Pleaseeee!" Sting whined and started shaking Lucy making the others look at them,

"O—Okay, okay! I'll think about, now stop shaking me." Lucy slapped Sting's the side of  his shoulder playfully. He smiled an hugged, "Bitch, it's your time to shine. You need to shaken up and have fun while you can." Lucy rolled her eyes.

Sting leaned in and whispered, "You're a virgin right?" which made her eyes widened. She slapping him on the chest, "Of course I am!" she whispered back.

"You're 20! You're still a virgin? You need a man at this age before you get a boyfriend on the age of 80, woman."

"Shut up, I still have time."

Lucy looked at Rogue that was minding his own business and scrolling through his phone. "You need to help Sting. He's crazy." She said making his head go back with laughter coming out his mouth. "Even if I help you, it won't work. I tried many times but it turns..." Rogue leaned in, "sexual."

Her eyes snapped opened with her jaw dropped, she gags, "Wh—What?"  she coughed awkwardly, "Why did you have to tell me this? I don't want to know about your sex life, you dirty!"

Lucy waved goodbye to the couples and walked to the restaurant that was across the street from Starbucks, "Good morning!" She greeted the employees with a same reply.

"Lucy, you're here. C'mon hurry and change!" Mira yelled which Lucy curt a nod at her and went into the 'Employees Only.' She immediately changed into her maid outfit and grabbed a pencil and a note pad.

"Hello, I'm your waitress for today. What can I get you?" She faked a smile.

She was on her break and sat down with her lunch, but got interrupted by her phone buzzing. Lucy picked it up with her mouth full with food, "Hello?" she said, chewing. She heard a pant, "Hello? Lucille, are you alright?" Lucy asked worriedly, standing up.

"Fa...Father, He—He's in the hospital right now! He just had a heart attack, mother and I are with him in the ambulance. Please come quick! It's the closest  Lucille said with a raspy and shaken tone.
