Chapter Six~ Two Little Aliens

There once was a TimeLord who sat high in the stars. She was the Peacekeeper.

On a different planet there was a Gem, like the TimeLord she sat alone.

The Gem was a Peridot, or also known as:

An angry little slice of pie! She was a Conqueror.

One day the Peridot saw a lonely figure sitting on the highest star.

What's wrong? Asked the Peridot looking for a conversation.

I'm so alone up here in the stars. Replied the TimeLord wishing for a conversation.

Why? Said the Peridot, feeling the same loneliness.

I must watch the city, and no one visits me.

Cant you leave?

No I must keep the peace.

And I'm supposed to conquer!

At this the TimeLord looked toward the Peridot and wondered what it would be like to conquer. To see and travel the stars rather than stare at them.

While the TimeLord wondered the Peridot pondered.

What if I kept peace instead of conquering?

At the same time they said the other person's occupation.

The TimeLord wished to travel the stars with Peridot, but the Gem was tired and ready to sit in the sky with the TimeLord.

Apart they wanted different things, but they compromised.

They would travel new worlds hand in hand, but would live there year at a time, because apart they were unhappy and sad with their lives but they knew that together with a compromising life they could love each other for their long lives.

Together they lived for over a thousand years, traveling and loving. But eventually everyone grows old, even a sour little Gem and a solitaire TimeLord.

Even two little aliens who never belonged to their own planets can find their own.

For Ava, After writing this I have tears in my eyes. This makes me think of our possibilities, and how I wish I could tell you I love you with a kiss on the cheek.

It takes a second one to like someone

A minute to have a crush

And an hour to fall in love

But it takes a lifetime to forget

I love you, and I never want you to forget.

Now you know her name.
