Chapter 7 First Date

Augy Pov 

My hands started trembling as started walking down the hallway to my locker.  Today was the day that Lotta and I were going on our first official date, I mean we've only been dating just over five months now. Only Italy know about it and as far as Romano and Spain know, I was going to Italy's house to help Lotta study. Romano doesn't really like her but he was starting to get used to her. I was lost in my train of thought that I passed my locker and kept walking. A cool hand wrapped around my wrist and started bringing me back to my locker. I didn't need to look at who it was, I just know. When we got to my locker i twirled her into a hug

"Hello beautiful" she looked up at me and started giggling. I kissed her and pulled her closer to me. I opened my locker and grabbed my school bag. We left to the mall a few minutes away from the school. Lotta held my hand and started skipping. She's so cute. When we got to the mall, we got gelato (italian ice cream) and sat down near a beautiful water fountain. We talked and talk but something was bugging Lotta, i could see it in her eyes. Without thinking i kissed her and pulled her close to me, at first she didn't really kiss back but after a few seconds she finally did. She pulled away and looked away from me. I grabbed her and and started walking to the escalator. She followed behind me with a little resistance but not much. We went up to the third floor and I started walking to her favorite store. When we got there her face lit up like a light bulb, she hugged me and ran inside, i walked in behinder. Lotta showed me all the things she thought that I would like, I nodded and she smiled at me. She ran to the back corner near the cash register, I followed her slowly.

"Augy? Come here" she seemed a little nervous

I walked around to face her, she held up a set of rings. She was blushing, one was a rose gold with a crystal on it and the other just a band that was rose gold. The top read "Make it your own", meaning that we could get custom words written on them. I grabbed her hand and pulled her close.

"I love it" I kissed her again and grabbed both from her. I went of and she looking around.

Lotta Pov

Augy walked off with the rings, soi continued looking around. It was about an hour before i saw Augy again and he was trying to find me. I ran and gave him a hug. Augy smiled at me and pulled out a small box from his pocket. He opened it and showed me what was on the inside. It was the rings I had picked out. Augy grabbed my hand and slid the ring on my finger and then put the other on his finger. I looked down to admire it when I notest something written on it, in a beautiful print it read "Mon amour" (My love in French). I smiled at it, then grabbed Augys hand with the ring on it, in the same print his read "Barchen" (Little bear in german). I wrapped my arms around Augy and kissed him, he smiled down at me and grabbed my hand. I looked at the time, Italy would be here any minute to pick us up. We walked out of the store and were stopped right outside.

Augy POV

I stopped dead in my tracks right as we left the store. Standing right next to the door was Spain. He was waiting for something. I tried to turn and walk in the opposite direction of him hoping he didn't see us.

"Augy, get back here" His stearn voice echoed in my ears. I slowly turned back to him. His eyes were big and had no emotion.

"Hello father," I managed to say. He look me and Lotta up and down.

"Helping her study huh?"

"Umm.." I scratched the back of my head. Spain didn't look happy.

"How long?"

"How long what father?"

"Don't play dumb, how long have you been dating?" He raised his voice. He grabbed me by my ear and started walking to the car. Lotta grabbed my arm and pulled me back.

"With all to respect, Sir, Augy and I love each other and nothing is going to change that. I understand that you may not be fine with this but your going to have to get used to it, because it's the way things are going to be from here on out!" Lotta had a ton of confidence in her voice.

"I love her father!" I followed up.

Spain stepped back and blinked blankly. His eyes went wide and he smiled. He wrapped his arms around me and Lotta.

"Okay, I wont tell Romano!" He whisper in our ears. I smiled at Lotta and she smiled back. We love each other and always will.
