"Agh!" I yell out, throwing my phone onto my bed, diving after it as it rolls off the other side, exactly like in High School Musical, I manage to catch it, and I sigh, relieved.

"What's your deal?" One of the new comers asks and I look over at her.

"How'd you get in here?"

"I borrowed Carli's charger and she told me to just come in and leave it on her bed as she went somewhere." She says and I turn over, dropping my phone on my bed as it buzzes in my hand. "So what's got you going all Troy Bolton on your phone?"

"Nothing." I say and she raises a brow, sitting at the desk, turning the chair to me.

"Talk to me."

"I don't even know who you are." I say and she nods, holding her hand out to me.

"Tierna Davidson." She says and I nod.

"Cool, nice to meet you, but I'm still not gonna tell you what's going on." I say and she nods.

"Fair enough."

"Thanks for caring though." I say as she leaves.

"No prob." She says as she leaves and I sigh.

"I lost her forever." Ashlyn says, laying on her bed, looking at her phone, where Y/N had yet to respond to her text.

"No, you didn't. Not being with you is like not breathing to Y/N, and vise versa." I say and Ash looks over at me.

"Did she say something to you?"

"Yeah, that you're a big, dumb, idiot." I say and Ash raises a brow. "Wait that was me, just now."

"This isn't fair." I mumble to Alex as we get dressed in the locker room.

"What isn't fair?"

"She's so damn hot, what the fuck." I say and Alex chuckles, raising a brow at me.

After training, as I'm texting my dad, Carli comes in way later than usual, so I turn over, ready to ask her what's up, but stop when I see Ashlyn standing there, tossing her bags onto Carli's bed.

"Hope you don't mind, because it was Jill's orders." Ashlyn says and I just turn over, biting my lip as Ashlyn heaves a heavy sigh. "Y/N." She says and I sit up, looking over at her. "I-" She starts, but I hold up a finger, getting out of my comfortable spot on my bed, grabbing my headphones and pairing them with my phone before putting them on and turning on some music. I'm not talking to her because I'm supposed to be mad at her, but all I want to do is pin her against a wall and have her screaming my name so loud the front desk could hear, especially with that damn haircut she just got. Perfect comes on and I huff, changing the song. I don't even know why I downloaded that song. Oh, yeah, because it came out when I was still with Ashlyn. I hate myself sometimes.

"I'm going to the gym." Y/N grumbles as she passes me, where I was sitting on my bed, scrolling through Instagram.

"Do y-" I start, but stop when the door slams shut and I sigh, looking back down at my phone to see that I just so happened to stop on Y/N's most recent picture, from the photoshoot she had with Mal a few days before we all had to meet here for the baseline testing, this was just a solo shot of her, and she was in the middle of a squat, the hard look on her face paired with her baby blues just pierced my soul, knocking the wind out of me.

A while later, Y/N still hadn't returned, and the team dinner was in a half hour, so I decided to go get Y/N from the gym, but caught the medicine ball that was flung at me. It wasn't massive or heavy, about the size of my palm.
