"Sora, will you give me a second chance?"

That day, Sora cannot be happier than when Hyunjae suddenly wants to meet her and ask for second chance after apologizing that he has done wrong.

That lasts for at least a week.

"You look so happy." Sunwoo glares at the giddy Sora while crossing his arms.

Sora does not take it to heart but instead she headlocks Sunwoo until he seems out of breath.

"You are going to cry again, Sora." Sunwoo mutters to himself. He knows that Hyunjae and Sora is sort of together again and he hates it for sure.

Sora happily walks to her class and bumps to a stoic face Hyunjae that happens to pass her.

"Oh..what is wrong?" She thinks but continues to her class. Maybe he has some problems with his classmates.

The day at school ends after the last bell rings. Sora walk out from her class.

"Oppa!!" She waves to Hyunjae but Hyunjae just reply her with a sharp glare.

"Oh why.." Sora starts to feel queasy. She comforts herself that everything is fine. She walks to the same path as Hyunjae and what she sees next makes her heart fall.

Hyunjae is back again, smiling and all giddy with Nayeon.

"Why he smiles at her..but not me?"

She wants to ask but learning from last expereience, she waits for Hyunjae to be alone.

Nayeon bids goodbye to Hyunjae and now is the time Sora approaches him.

She tugs Hyunjae's arm but he harshly push it away.

"What happens?" Sora ask, feeling impatient and angry.

Hyunjae does not reply.

"I ask you! Why you are all happy with Nayeon? And not me? Do I... bring you sadness again?" Sora is crestfallen. She is disappointed with herself.

"Why? Are you jealous? I saw you all close with Sunwoo but I did not say anything. Yes Sora, you never make me happy." Hyunjae's too honest confession makes Sora hurts.

"But I am your girlfriend, Hyunjae!" Sora retorts. She bites her lips.

"Just go to him, Sora!" Hyunjae yells.

Sora stands speechless in front of Hyunjae. No words can describe how her heart has broke into pieces. And that pieces are stabbing her inside.

This is not love. This is a torture.

"But I want you.."

"Go away, Sora! Oh gosh, my day has ruined because of you!" Hyunjae shouts to his anger.

"I don't want to." Sora cannot move. She must hold to what she calls 'love'. At least, she must protect this relationship.

Sora tugs Hyunjae's arms again, almost begging to him but her arm is pulled from behind, pulling her into a deep kiss and warm embrace of Sunwoo.

"Han Sora!"

"You told her to go to me. And dude, she deserves a man better than you." Sunwoo smirks victoriously.

Hyunjae is in disbelief. He clenches his teeth and fist. "Whatever. Sora, I am giving you second chance because I pity you but you wasted your chance."

Without any regret, Hyunjae strides away.

Sunwoo looks down to Sora and cups her face.

"He is wrong. You are the one who gives him second chance and he is the one who wasted it." Sunwoo pats Sora's head with a warm smile.

"It is alright to come to me too. I will make you happy, way more happier than you are with him."

Sunwoo is not joking at all.

Love Hyunjae a lot too. He might be a jerk in this fic but we know what a sweetheart he is🤗
