"So what's up?" He asks as he sit down.

I look down and play again with my fingers, "I'm just problematic about something."

"Would you mind telling it to me? I can help."

He puts down his stick and pinches his nose. From looking down, I put my eyes on the horizon.

"I hate my life. There are so many problems that I can't even be happy at least a second. And, my brother will come here tomorrow. God knows how much I hate him. I know that when he's here, he would tell everything I do to my Dad. Edrei, I'm not a child anymore and I don't like to be treated as one," my voice is trembling. I hope he didn't notice it.

I wipe my tears off my cheeks, "I just hate living. I hope I haven't live."

His hand travels from my shoulders to my back and tap it.

"I can't tell that everything is going to be fine but always remember, if you are going through problems right now, don't hate your life. It may be a bad day but it's not your whole life. Besides, you can still be happy," he said.

I can't stop smiling. Thank God Edrei is willing to listen on my nonsense problems. Somehow, I feel glad that I met a person like him. I like how he understands me. It just feels so good.

I heard him sigh, "Rebecca, I have a request."

My lips are dry so I wet them with my saliva, "What's it?"

"I want you to smile right now."

I was about to speak but he said something, "Please? Do it for me."

I nod although he can't see it. Just like what he requested, I curve my lips to form a smile.

"Are you smiling now?"

"Y-Yes," I answered.

He moves closer and raises his left hand. His fingers travel on my face and when they reach my lips, he rubs it slowly.

It's like he wants to make sure that I am smiling. I saw a smile also formed on his lips. He removes his fingers.

"Why do you want me to smile?" I ask.

"Just like what you did yesterday, I'm doing my responsibility as a friend," he said which makes me chuckle. I remember what he is talking about. It is when I held his hand to comfort him.

"Let the good vibes reign!" He shouts out of nowhere. He raises the long brown stick and wave it on the air.

"Wooooh!" I also shout after him while laughing.

After few minutes, an old woman wearing white dress with black apron approached. She seems in a hurry.

"Sir Hasluck, your dad is looking for you," she said, running after her breath.

Edrei stands up, "Did he tell you why?"

The woman shakes her head, "No, Sir."

Edrei nods and turn himself to me, "Sorry, Rebecca. I have to meet my father."

I look at him curiously, "You haven't mentioned your dad to me."

He scratches his head, "Oh, I forgot. Sorry."

"Are you not telling me anything else?"

"Hmmm, yes? Actually, we are the owner of this resort." He said which makes me curious even more.

My eyes stick at him for few seconds before I found my voice, "For real?"

He nods, "Yeah, for real. Let's talk about it next time."

"Bye. See you around - I mean..," we laugh as soon we thought what he had said.

"Okay, let's just meet each other around. Bye!" I said before he left.

I walk back inside the resort to find Jasmin and my other group mates. They are still busy when I see them. I sit down next to Jasmin and look at their works.

"Rebecca, where are we going to print this?" David asks. His right leg is above the other one. He is wearing shorts again. I wonder if he always does that.

I lean back at the couch, "Don't worry. I know whom to ask." I said thinking about that guy.
