After 1 week

I was packing my stuff when my mother entered into my room"have you packed everything?" "Yoho"I replied.
"Do you want to take something with you, to eat while travelling" she asked.
"No, i don't like to eat anything while travelling" my mother didn't show any emotion that my going away from her was effecting her but I know it does .
"Take care of yourself and don't try to talk to the strangers."
"Yes mom"
"Be friends with those who are nice and well mannered."
"Yes moma."
" Focus on your study and don't splurge on things too much ."
"Definitely moma"
" And no need to pick up fights with students or faculty members."
"Only if they don't give me a reason to."

There was silence so I glanced towards here and she was giving me a deadly glare so I gave her a cheeky smile.

She cares too much but she has never stopped me from doing anything that I want unless it's not good for me.

"Mummy aren't you gonna cry for me, as your daughter is going away from you " I teased her .
"Shut up, you will only be 3hours away from us and I know you will visit us every weekend even if it gets annoying". I smiled and kiss her cheeks and she pushes me away while making faces ,see how affectionate we are.

"Rohit! Come here and help her with her bags" my mother calls out to my brother.

After 20 minutes the taxi was there at the front of the house and I got out with my brother to put my bags in it ,after putting all the bags I turn and wave to my family and got into the taxi.

After 3hours we arrived at the place where I will be living for 3 years. As I entered the room I immediately started to miss my room at home. This room was pretty there was no doubt but still... Let's get to work baby.

***After 2 hours***
I finally finished setting my room which mostly included changing the position of the bed and again moving it back to its original position. Now I was sitting at the study table trying to read the contents of the novel in front of me

but I kept on thinking about my family and my home. I knew I have taken the best decision to be in this college and there are many out there who don't even know what they are doing in this college but there was this feeing that something is not right something is not in its right place like something is missing.

I took a deep breath and exhale loudly and decided that a walk would do the trick to suppress this homesickness.
After roaming around the area learning about the routes, important shops which I will soon need to visit my stomach started to growl so I decided to go to a cafe which I have seen earlier and returned to the same path to move towards the cafe.

I was walking a bit fast as I was in hurry and almost passed a girl who was walking with a limp but I slowed down a bit and looked backwards as I realised that I have seen her somewhere she looks familiar. I was trying to remember but then I noticed that one of her sandal has been broken off .

"Oh" I search my bag for the fevi glue and when I found it I was in dilemma whether to approach her or not but as the area around us only have cafés or restaurants and no stationary or cobbler shop which can help her so I approached her "Excuse me."
The girl looked towards me frowning slightly so I quickly explained "I have fevi glue you can use it if you want to".
"Oh" she smiled slightly and sighed feeling relieved. "Thank u so much , I was feeling really embarrassed walking like that" she glanced around.
" That's ok I can understand girls' problems" we both gave each other a smirk.
After she put the glue on she introduced her self as Shanaya Raizada so I introduced myself too.I know I have seen her somewhere and it clicked in my mind.

While she was waiting for the glue to dry she starts chatting with me and I chat with her out of humbleness.

I really don't like to talk to anyone much that was why I don't have any best friend or friends from my school but she was kind of cute.

"so were you going to the cafe?" She asked while pointing towards the nearby cafe where I was going.
"Yup" I answered. She keep on looking at my face with expectations and I got the urge to mentally slap myself.

"Uummm, would you like to join me?" I asked.
Her eyes instantly lit up and she smiled. " Yes! Why not. Now we both are friends and friends go for the coffee together." She said excitedly in her sweet voice and surprised me by suddenly taking my hand and leading us up to the cafe.
"Yaah! You are right" I mummered to myself.

**********
We were sitting in the cafe and it felt nice there.
" I am new here recently got admission in SL college so you have to help me out here a bit" She said while grabbing the menu.
"Same here" I informed her with a slight smile.
"Are you a new admission in SL college?". She asked just to confirm.
" Yes"
" Oh that's amazing, I am doing B. Comm. and you?" she asked excitedly.
"Same" I giggled seeing her reaction.
The waiter came to take our orders after that we were waiting for the coffee and snacks and there was an awkward silence. I felt like I'm being too introvert so tried to engage her in conversation.

"So where are you from?" I asked even though I know about her. She was the only daughter of the well known businessmen Mr. Rakesh Raizada and he is involved in transportation and warehousing businesses along with several other clothing branches. I like to know everything related to the business and of course economics.

"Oh, umm I'm from Mumbai" I nodded
"So where are you living right now, I mean here in this area?" She asked.
"I have rented a room in Sunshine PG near college"
"Seriously? I am there too , I'm in room no. 02" she said excitedly.

I was shocked , what a coincidence.
"We will have so much fun" she said to herself.

Little did I know that yes there was going to be so much happenings in my life but which can't be considered as 'fun'.
