07| Fanning the Flames

Hiya~ Uh, as you know these chapters are getting quite long, and for me that would be fine. But sadly school has started up again and I don't have the time to write that many words. T.T
So, is it okay (only until I get the time) that I make shorter chapters that stray away from the episodes? This'll mean more chapters weekly.
But it's up to you, so please vote.

"Get off me Clumper!" Danny yelled as he was tackled to the ground by a ghost. 

"B-but I just want to be your friendddd~!" The ghost cried.
"Can someone please remind me why this was a good idea?" Danny called back out to us. 

I touch my ear peice and lean back into the leather seat, "You're the one who wanted to map out the ghost zone~" I tease. 
"You're also the only one who doesn't have to wear these stupid Fenton phones," Tucker said groaning, he presses a few buttons on his PDA and music blasts through Sam's and I's ears, I flinch at it. "But good thing these things work as a wireless earphone, because these things are a fashion don't." He and Sam start singing a song together.

"They're not supposed to look good, they're meant to filter out ghost noises so we could communicate." Danny replied back, then he was squished under the ghost. "Like when I say thing's like; Help get this thing off me!" 

"I don't think they're stupid, I feel like a spy wearing them, it's pretty cool." I mutter, looking into the mirror. 

Danny starts to fly away from the ghost once he knocks him off of himself, the ghost grabs onto his hand and blows onto him, freezing him. Danny blasts ectobeams and the ice melts around him. He growls and tackles the ghost, pushing him into a fridge that was randomly floating in the ghost zone. 

Danny shoots one last beam at the fridge and flies over to ship that we were in, he changes back into his normal self and plops down next to me. He then starts to shiver and rubs his hands together. "Can a ghost get frost bite..?"

I chuckle, "Here, my hands are warm." Without thinking I take his hands into mine, trying to get his hands to warm. I look up at Danny and see that he was looking at me, he looks down at our hands and blushes, this makes me smirk. 

"EMBER, YOU WILL REMEMBER~" Tucker and Sam sing in unison, scaring both Danny and I, Danny quickly and nervously takes his hands away from mine and puts them over his ears, "I, uh, think I'm gonna need my hands for this." 

I smile at him and start to steer the weird rocket ship type thing back into the human world, Sam and Tucker still singing.

School the next day was horrible, this new rock star called 'Ember' was taking over everything, Tucker and Sam were obsessed over her, Tucker had his PDA blasting loud music as we roamed the halls, Sam dancing to it.
"I don't get it, this Ember chick comes out of no where and suddenly shes the biggest thing since MP3'S! It's so infuriating!" 

Tucker looks at Danny, "Ember is not just about music, shes an expression of my unique individuality~" We turn a corner, it was like someone had barfed up Ember.
"Ah yes, individuality." I mutter. Everyone was wearing Ember merch, everyone but Danny and I.

"Nice earrings, sale at the 89 cent store?" I heard, I looked up and saw Paulina, was she making fun of my Fenton Phones? 

"For your information Paulina, they were a gift, used for something other than earrings." I fired back, my arms crossed over my chest.

"Gift? Who would..." Her eyes drifted over to Danny. "Ah, I knew you two losers would end up together." 

"We're not losers."

"AND WE'RE NOT TOGETHER!"

"EMBER~ EMBER, WE WILL REMEMBER~" 

"WILL YOU TWO SHUT UP/ Please stop." 

"Hey, check it out." I look over towards Dash and Kwan. "The lovebirds are ganging up on Foley and Manson." They sneared. 

"WE'RE NOT LOVEBIRDS!" Danny yelled out, he then raised an eyebrow and looked towards me, probs wondering why I didn't deny it.
"Oh, what he said."

"As you know the North Western High exams are coming up, two days in fact. And because my bonus is linked to your grades, we've installed The Cram-Tastic Mark 5, the latest in new study technology. Let the learning begin!" Mr L cheered as he pressed a button on the new technology. Embers song rang through the class room as everyone cheered and started to sing along.  

I threw my helmet of in disgust as well as Danny, Mr L's eyes widen as he turns off the music taking out the disk in disbelief as the music didn't stop. "Mr Foley!" He yelled as he threw the disk at him, god, I don't think teachers are allowed to do that. "Turn off that damn music!"

"It's not me Mr Lancer, it seems to be coming from... Outside..." The students gasped and ran towards the windows, as well as me. Outside the front of the school was a truck, on the truck was large stereos and a huge banner reading 'EMBER'. 

A puff of smoke appeared along with the pop star Ember, she smiled wickedly and started singing. 
Students cheered as they ran outside to see her, they started to cheer her name over and over again, Danny and I looked at each other. Me internally groaning. 

Well Shit.
