The nameless man started the car, and drove away. The trunk was small. My claustrophobia was making me freak out. I was breathing harder and harder. My heart pounded. I started to calm myself down. Screaming, and screaming was all I could do. Where were we going?
Was he going to kill me? The car would swerve every few minutes, leaving me hitting the side of the car. At least I got to see the outside for a few seconds before I was ripped away from it again. I closed my eyes, and imagined my perfect life. The trunkn was pitch black. I was tired of being alive. Tired of thinking. Tired of waking up. Tired of being tired.
I played in the trunk of a car, and thought about how I had gotten to this point. Though it had been years, I still blamed my sister. I gently fall asleep."I told you we should have turned back. I can't just go home now!" I said, angry at Elena. She probably knew they were calling off the party. All that was left of a party, was a crackling fire in the woods.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know" Elena said.
"But... can I tell you something?" Elena asked.
"What is it?" I asked, very short tempered.
"My parents found out about the party, and said they were going to call your parents" Elena said, nervously.
"Why would you not tell me?"
She always did things like this to me. She always competed with me about getting in trouble. She was my bestfriend, but also my worst nigtmare. I walked up to her, and angrily pushed her. A loud cracking noise, shocked me. Elena was in freezing water. I got the car keys, and ran to the car.
I drove to my house, and told my parents Elena had stepped on ice. Everyone believed me.My eyes opened, still in the trunk. The memories sneaked into my mind, once again, Protruding my sleep. Being alone, in a small, dark, space, all alone with your thoughts, was truly torture.
