Leah was wrong. All I could think about we her. How she had just kicked me out. She found out what I did. Tears ran down my face. I was too strong for this, but now I'm just weak. How could she do this to her own family?
The car was running low on gas. I stopped at the only gas station for hours. The roads were icy, and dangerous at this point. I didn't care. I don't care anymore. I walked inside, after getting gas. The gas station smelled like candles.
"Is that all?" The woman behind the counter asked, as I put a soda on the counter.
"Yes, that's all" I said. She stared at me, probably noticing the tears on my red face.
I walked out of the store, and the cold hit me. The sun had vanished
"Help me" a voice came from the treeline. A man holding his left side said. He was barely visible. Nobody else was in the parking lot. He gave me a bad feeling. I walked over to him. The man immediately got uo, and out his hand over my mouth. He started walking toward a van, holding my mouth tighter. I couldn't breathe. My vision got blocky. My lungs felt like they never had before. I felt luke my lungs were full of lava. Everything went dark. The pain stopped.
