My heart raced faster than a thousand beats per minute.
Scientifically impossible to tell the truth.
I felt you stiffen against the touch of my lips on yours.
Guess, you never thought of me as a contender.
I wanted to pull away but the determination in my veins prevented me from doing so.
Your lips started to move in sync with mine.
Our rhythm matching.
Butterflies, all I felt were butterflies. No, it felt like a whole zoo broke lose in the pit of my stomach.
Was I hallucinating?
A smile made its way onto my face. This time a genuine one. Not long after, the sign of happiness dissipated as realisation hit me.

I felt my back being pushed against a wall. Trapped between a drunkie and a wall I now hate.
