I inhaled a deep breath.
My hands were trembling,
my legs felt weak
and
my heart rate was starting to pick up.
Today was the day I would confess.
A smile of adoration crept its way onto my lips.
My mind started replaying all the memories of the times we spent together.
From the petty fights we had, to the nights we spent wandering around the streets of our town.
I held the guitar in my arms, becoming more of a nervous wreck than before.
I felt afraid.
Scared that she'd probably won't accept me.
Accept me after everything that I've done to her.
I shut my eyes and let the words flow out.
Making sure to sing with all my heart.
Making sure to deliver the message I was conveying through the song.
Opening my eyes, the first thing that caught my attention was not the large crowd.
However, it was a pair of sparkling brown orbs.
She stared at me, eyes wide.
Her look of surprised soon contorted to a look of curiosity.
Adorable.
