*Your P.O.V.*

I was in the hall later that day, grabbing things out of my locker.

"Hey (Y/N)," Wendy smiled.

Bebe followed behind her with a worried look on her face.

"Hey, what's up?" I greeted.

"(Y/N), I have a question about you and Clyde," Bebe announced.

"Okay?" I replied.

"What are you guys? Like are you together?" she asked.

"Oh-"

"It's fine if you are," Bebe kept going.  "Clyde and I dated for about a year and a half, and broke up this last summer.  I just was curious.  I don't want him to hurt you like he hurt me."

"Oh, okay?"

Did I like him?  I think I liked him, but I don't want to cause conflict between them.

"I think I did kind of like him," I admitted.  "But, I don't want to cause problems."

"No, there are no problems here.  I've found a new person in my life that's really made me forget about what Clyde and I had.  Just be careful about him," Bebe warned before walking off.

Be careful about him?

At that point, I really wanted to give up on Clyde.  I had high hopes for us, but I don't think that it could work out.  If there is a need to give out warnings about him, then what kind of guy was he really.

I saw a tall slender male down the hall, and I knew if I needed to know about Clyde, I could just ask him.

"Craig," I called.

He turned around looking unamused, "What?"

"I have a question," I stated.

"Yeah what is it?" he rolled his eyes.

"It's about Clyde and Bebe-"

He let out a groan, "Look, Clyde and Bebe dated for a while.  They were toxic as hell for each other, and she cheated on him."

"So Clyde isn't-"

"Clyde's not a bad dude.  He's a little immature, but aren't we all?  He's a good dude, so just stop contemplating it because we all know you like each other," Craig snarled before walking off.

I was too stunned to really react at first, but words finally came to me after he was half way down the hall, "Thank you....I think."
