"Oh come onnnn." The killer whined, as the two men hid in the large room. "You two aren't being any fun."

The killer turned his head, walking step by step, closer and closer to the two men. "I'm giving you two a chance to run, to hide! Make it more fun for me! It's my birthday today y'know~"

The two men sat as silently as they could. They knew who was chasing after them: the "Ha ha" killer, as he had been dubbed. The psychotic, living bomb of a serial killer who had nearly a hundred bodies in his wake already. The taller of the two men crouched down lower, trying to avoid his head being visible from the door frame.

"You two are horrible at this." The killer commented, frowning in despair. He had a look of sad boredom on his face, as he walked closer to the two men. "I already know where you are, why don't you try to run? I'll give you a five second head staaarrrttttt." The killer taunted, craning his head. When neither man moved, the killer leaped into the room. The two men yelped, as the killer took a knife from his jacket and threw it at the shorter man. The taller man tried to run as the shorter man fell, dead, to the floor. The killer threw a second knife, which plunged through the shoulder of the man. He yelped in pain and fell to the ground.

"You see, if you had tried to run like I said, I would've made your death painless." The killer stated, looking down at the man with a look of anger. "But nooooo, you had to stay there."

"P-please, don't-"

"Don't kill you?" The killer interrupted. "Why would I not kill you? Leaving you alive isn't any fun, is it? Plus. you've seen my face, and I'm not planning on showing myself yet."

As the man on the floor screamed, a knife glided through the air and plunged into his chest, and he laid dead on the floor. The killer smirked at his work, then fled, leaving behind a bloody mess.

"This morning, police found the bodies of 22-year-old James Cox and 27-year-old Jared Nann. Police confirmed this was the work of the 'Ha ha' killer. But, he left a message this time." The news anchor read. "Lilah, would you mind reading the message?"

"Not at all." The woman sitting next to the news anchor replied. "The killer left this message: 'Hello, people of Little Butts. You might know me as the ha ha killer. Of course, I'm not a fan of the name, but I'm not gonna reveal my actual name yet. I will say this though: expect more bodies tonight. After all, it's my birthday today, and I want to have some fun! Have fun trying to find me~'"

"The startling message was found on a wall next to the bodies of James and Jared. James and Jared had gone missing from a camping trip yesterday evening." The news anchor stated. "James and Jared's families are begging anyone with information to come forward. They mark the 97th and 98th victims of the 'Ha ha' killer, meaning he has almost 100 bodies in his wake already. If you have any information on his true identity, please come forward at once."

Papa clicked the TV off, sighing. Gertrude shook her head, and a dead silence filled the entire house.

Hey, quick message-

So I'm sorry for making you wait 4 months for Chapter 7. Anyways, Jimmy will reveal himself soon, he's just having a bit of fun before he does. Jimmy is honestly really psychotic, isn't he? However, in many of these chapters, he is somewhat sane- he does know what he's doing after all, and that isn't insanity. Anyways, I'll start working on the 9th chapter, as I'm home sick again today. I might have it out later today, or I might forget about it for 3 months. Who knows?

Anyways, enjoy this chapter
