I groaned as I closed the front door. I took off my shoes and fell back into the couch. I rubbed my face in distress.
I don't know what shocked me more. Shawns sudden mood change or the fact he dated Lauren as a bet. My phone buzzed then buzzed and continued to buzz. I got irritated as I pulled it out and blu was FaceTiming me.
"Yes blu?" I said
"Ooo bad day?" She asked setting up her phone
"Yes" I said sitting up
"Spill"
"Well let's start off with Lauren..."
I told blu everything. As in me walking in as they were about to have sex and the Lauren tour thing and the argument at the lunch tables.
"Sounds like a chapter out of a book" she sighed
"But Shawn being a player isn't shocking" I nodded
"And a bet?!"
"I know!" I said
I walked up to my room and placed blu somewhere. I grabbed my makeup wipes and took it off.
"So are you ready too see Matthew?"
"Fuck I totally forgot" I sighed
"You just took off your makeup huh?" I nodded showing her the wipe then tossing it in the trash.
"Do simple then" I went to my vanity and put my hair in a messy low bun and did very light makeup.
I finished with a nude lipstick and showed blu.
She nodded in approval and I threw on a green sweatshirt.
"Where is shawny boy anyway?"She asked painting her nails
"I don't know probably with his friends"
"So how's your relationship with him?"
"I don't know. After what he said today I'm not looking for one cause it did hit me" she nodded
"And how he basically told everyone that you have family problems"
"Ugh Dont remind me" I sighed
"Actually my mom has texted me but I never had answered her, too scared" she nodded
"It's understandable"
"Jack? What about him?" She asked
"Nothing" I said as I sighed
"Aw hun I'm sorry" I smiled faintly
"I feel like ever since I moved here I just got depressed, my dad noticed it too"
"Look I'll come maybe Thursday and we can have a sleepover, invite someone if you want"
I nodded eagerly
"Although the only girl I met here was Lauren" she thought for a while
"How about make some friends, and if that's a no go then we will go clubing instead" I shrugged
"That's a possibility"
She smiled
"Oh that Snapchat Matthew screenshotted it" I rolled my eyes
"Has he left cause I kinda wanna nap" I said looking at the time
"Yea he left like a hour ago" I nodded
"Oh he just texted me, 'I'm 30 minutes away'"  I nodded and plugged my phone in.
"Well girl I'll let you go so you can rest for a little and tell me everything tomorrow" I nodded then smiled
"By blu"
"Bye whore" then she clicked
I laughed and played my music. I grabbed my piano and played all of me by john legend. I started off playing slowly then I started to sing the lyrics.
"You're my downfall, you're my muse
My worst distraction, my rhythm and blues
I can't stop singing, it's ringing, in my head for you"  I sang lowly
I wiped the tears I didn't even realize that had fallen.
I looked up to see Shawn standing there shocked.
"What" I snarled
"Uh Nothing you got a good voice" he said
"Thanks okay you can leave" he was going to say something but I cut him off
"Leave before I cause more family issues"
"Kyl-"
"LEAVE" I yelled
He looked taken back at my yelling.
He nodded then left the room. I heard a grunt and a door slamming.
I layed back in bed and sighed stressed
"How can one boy cause so many emotions" I thought to myself.
I closed my eyes for a while until I heard doorbell rings.
I groaned as I slowly slipped out of bed until I was on the floor. More doorbell noises rang through the house and I got up to go downstairs to see Shawn already beat me to it.
I walked down the stairs and he clenched his jaw at the sight of Matthew.
"Kylie you have guest" he looked at me
"Thank you, you're excused" he glanced at Matthew then me
"Matthew what are you doing here" I said acting clueless
"I came to apologize Kylie I'm a fuck up" he said
"Let me explain" he pleaded
"Fine But not here" I said grabbing my phone and headed out closing the door behind me
"Your boyfriend is going to let you walk out with your ex like that?" He said plain out rude
"That's none of your business okay now you have 5 minutes" I said as we walked to a park
"Look i know i fucked up and cheated but please you have to forgive me" he said
"Why Matthew. You made that choice and kept it from me" I said
"I don't know what I was thinking!" He raised his voice
"Obviously you do if you did it for half of our relationship Leo!" He cringed at the name
"Never call me Leo! And it's cause you didn't give me any" he snapped back
"The reason of a relationship is not only for sex Leo! Okay it's about the actual love you have for someone and if you want a relationship then you'll have to wait until your significant other is ready!!" I yelled as tears slipped out
"Kylie"He said while wiping my tears
"No don't" I said backing up
"Leo I truly cared for you and you didn't give two fucks when I left, you found it as a opportunity to fuck more people" I said
"Kylie give me another chance" he said holding my hands in his
"I dont believe in second chances" I said
"Why not"
"I don't want to be hurt by the same people" I slowly removed my hands from his
"I won't make the same mistake"
"Can you take me home please" I sniffled as I looked away
"Kylie think about it. I promise I won't hurt you again" he said leading the way back to my house
"How can I trust you" I scoffed
"Trust me just please"
"I did the first time" I said
"God dammit Kylie you're making it difficult for me" he said
"Well what do you expect I'm not going to forgive you in a blink of a eye" I said
"Think about it" I shook my head no
"I've had plenty of time to think about it"
"And my answer is still no."
"It's that Shawn guy huh?! He took you away from me"
"Don't you ever bring Shawn in this fucking conversation okay. He was there when I found out about your cheating ness and he's actually twice the man you are" I said lying
"How can he treat you better?"
"He values the relationship, No pressuring and doesn't make me feel any low of myself" I said half lying this time
"But I'll treat you better than he can Kylie ! I'll be the man you dream of" he said tightening his grip on my wrist
I winced.
"Leo you're hurting me!" I said
"Tell me you love me Kylie" he said pulling me closer
"I don't" I said
"You will" he said kissing my neck as I tried to pull away
"Leo stop" I said
he grabbed my waist as he connected his lips to mine
"LEO STOP" I said sounding muffled due to the kiss then kicked him where the sun don't shine.
He groaned as I ran inside then he banged on the door.
I locked it then called for Shawn. He didn't answer. I call again but he didn't answer. I went to his room and he wasn't here.
The banging got louder. I called the police and ran to my room. I locked the door and hid in my bathroom and bring my knees up to my chest. I rocked myself back and forth crying. I never thought I would experience something this brutal. I should of never went with him and I should of stayed home with Shawn where he wouldn't be mad at me even more.
Where is he? I continued to cry as I heard the sirens and some grunts. A knock came to my door and more knocks came.
"Ma'am it's the police open up" I got up and slowly walked to the door.
"Hi darling are you okay?" I immediately hugged him
"Thank you so much" I whispered
"Ma'am it's my job. We will make sure he's well taken care of and won't come near you again" I nodded as he went downstairs.
I closed my door just to hear a door opening I turned around to see Shawn with bloodshot eyes.
"Kylie oh my god what happened are you okay?" He said touching my face
I pulled away
"What's wrong" He asked
"Where were you?" I asked
"A girls hou-" I stopped him
"That's all I needed to know"
"Why are you upset?"
"I'm upset Shawn cause if I didn't stop him who knows I may could of been raped and you were at a girls house about to do who knows what" I cried
"Kyli-" I stepped away
"I want to go to sleep" he slowly nodded and left the room. It was 7 and who cares I took off my makeup and seen my bloodshot eyes. I sighed and changed and got into bed.
I whimpered as I drifted off to sleep hoping that tomorrow I'll be back with my mom and the divorce never happened. But we both know that this is reality and things don't happen the way you want it to.

This chapter was dramatic in my opinion but I wanted to say that a abusive relationship isn't a healthy one. If you feel pressured into doing things with your significant other then tell someone. If you are in a relationship then I wish you are happy, but know you aren't alone that you have people who care about you and you shouldn't be scared ❤️ I love you guys
