A FLIRTATIONSHIP !
MACKENZIE FLOPPED DOWN ONTO her bed as she let out a long sigh, the school day was finally over. Another day pretending that she is not hurt over everything that's been going on is over. Johnny and Kenzie spoke at his house yesterday, she had to keep her cool that time because she didn't want another to fight to happen.
Johnny looked at Kenzie with his most innocent, adorable face. "What happened at your house wasn't meant to happen, I was caught up in the moment and it just happened. I'm sorry Kenzie, that kiss was just an accident and I'd like it if we kept it between us." This she only gaped at.
Johnny had stolen her first kiss and it was an accident! That's not how it works, a first kiss is something that a girl will remember and cherish no matter what. "It was my first kiss." She mumbled under my breath, reaching up to my neck and playing with the charm.
She looked up and Johnny is staring back with his widened. "I'm so sorry, Kenzie. I didn't know, well I did but-"
"You knew and still went for it! Why would you do that?" She asked, her eyes filling up with tears. He reached out to grab her hand and she didn't pull back weirdly.
"I can't say it Kenzie, but please don't tell Audrey. She'd break up with me." He says, as if it was a bad thing. Blinking away the tears, she rolled her eyes and ripped her hand back.
"Fine, Whatever. What else did you want to say?"
The memory of their discussion was still clear, she could tell Audrey but she'd just hate Kenzie with a passion and start some drama. Who knows what she'd do with Johnny. "Mackenzie, somebody is here for you!" She heard her mother shout.
Groaning, she shout back. "Bring them up, I don't want to come down!" She could hear her mother chuckling and footsteps on the stairs.
Since her door was open she was able to see who it was, Kenzie's eyes widened and her mouth makes an 'O' shape. "Johnny, what are you doing here?" She was in one of his jumpers she 'borrowed' and grey sweats with a messy bun.
He chuckled a little bit and flopped down on her bed besides her. Kenzie's heart was speeding up. "Just wanted to hang out with my best friend." She rolled her eyes, shrugging.
Johnny reached into the bag of cool ranch Doritos she had on the bed and Kenzie immediately smacked his hand."Ow! What was that for?" He whined, now it was her turn to chuckle.
"No one touches my Doritos," She winked, he rolled his eyes and made himself more comfortable. She opened up a drawer and pulled out another cool ranch Doritos bag and unsealed it.
His eyes lit up, she set it between them and threw the empty packet in the bin. They picked a movie and shared the bag of chips, she didn't want to but oh well. Halfway through the movie Kenzie realised Johnny put his arm around her figure, a blush rose on her cheeks and she is so thankful it's dark.
He snuggled in closer and their legs somehow tangled with each other, this is so wrong. She is the worst person alive, that's it. His hands played with her hair and Kenzie sighed happily. She was enjoying the moment and so was he by the looks of it but then his phone rings.
The caller ID read 'Audrey'.
