Santana's pov:

It was getting close to autumn, but for some reason I was lying on the grass near the water. The sun was softly shining on my face and the wind was stroking my hair. As I looked up, I saw Brittany's face. I gasped, because I hadn't even noticed she was there. I suddenly felt vonirable on my back and quickly sat up straight. 'You were sleeping.' She said with an adorable smirk on her face. I nodded. 'Yeah, I was asleep.' I couldn't remember going out with her here, but it felt nice.

'Hey Brittany, Santana.' I quickly got up. Someone saw us. Someone saw us together. It was Quinn. She smiled at us. 'Oh don't get up. I didn't mean to interrupt you two love birds.' Brittany chuckled, and so did Quinn. She knows. And she's okay with it. My voice was shaky as I talked. 'You... you know about us?' Both Brittany and Quinn looked at me like I was crazy. 'Santana sweetheart, we've been dating for 4 months now.' I couldn't believe what she was saying. Quinn nodded. 'Yeah, everyone knows you guys are dating.' Everything they said was so confusing to me. I started feeling like I was going insane. Brittany grabbed my hand. 'Santana are you okay?' As she touched me, I felt my wrist stinging. I turned my arm around. A gasp escaped my mouth, as I saw what was on it; a tattoo of a skull, with a snake coming out of it, and wrapped around it. Then, the snake started moving on my arm. I wanted to look away but I couldn't. Eventually, it escaped from my skin, and jumped towards my face.

'Santana? SANTANA?!' I opened my eyes, and the first thing I saw were three heads floating above mine. It was dark in the room, so their faces where covered in shadows. Where am I?

I saw a hand moving towards my face, so I ducked away from it. 'HEEELP! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!' The shadows kept moving closer.

'Where is Kitty? I told her to get help!' That voice sounded so familiar... I know that voice. I was trying to hide under my blankets, when someone pulled them away and held my arms. 'Help me calm her down!' the familiar voice said.

'Lumos'

I saw a wand glow up, making it able for me to see better. Now my brain connected the familiar voice to a face. It was Quinn's. 'Quinn!' I was so relieved to see her. 'Yes Santana, I'm here.'

Everything was white. White like the snow that covered Hoghwarts every winter. And soft. Everything was soft. Soft like the way clouds looked. Am I dead?  Then a sting. A strong sting in my arm reminded me of the fact that I still was in a human body. But where was I then? I tried to talk, but only mumbles came out of my mouth. 'Ah, good. You woke up.' I was sure I'd heard this voice before. Suddenly the white walls and ceiling looked familiar to me. The nursery room. That's where I was. The woman talking to me was Madam Pomfrey. Was I sick? Wounded? Now I was capable to speak again. 'Why am I here?' My voice was weak, but at least it was something. 'You were screaming in your sleep. When your friends woke you up, you were completely disorientated. But turns out it's nothing, just a serious flue.' I couldn't really remember it, so I just said 'Oh.' and waited for the nurse to start talking again. 'Your friend is outside, waiting for you. Can I send her in, or are you too tired?' I'd never been more tired before, but I didn't want to admit it. 'I'm okay to talk.'

'You've really been the subject of the week. Everyone was really shocked.' Quinn said it like I should be happy. And totally honest, if I wouldn't have been so tired, it would've made me happy. Quinn and I were the queen bees. We'd worked our ass off to be this popular. I managed to smile at her. Then I noticed something weird about what she'd said. 'Subject of the week? How long have I been in here?' I could see her counting the days in her head. 'Five days.' she answered eventually. 'Five days? I've been sleeping for five whole days?' Quinn nodded. 'If only I could sleep that long every regular week,' I mumbled. She chuckled a bit, happy to know I could joke again. 'It didn't really surprise us. We thought you'd gone insane when we woke you up,' she said, with a serious face this time.

Now that she'd said that, I started remembering that night. As soon as I did, my wrist started stinging again. Quinn noticed the painful look I got on my face. 'Are you okay?' she looked really worried. 'Yeah I'm fine,' and when she still didn't relax, I added: 'just tired.'

Now she softly smiled. 'Okay, I'll go then. See you later.' I nodded. 'Yeah, later.'

As soon as she had left the room, I put my arm above the blanket and checked my wrist. The source of my pain was right there on my skin. Holy sh*t.

Author's message:

Hey everyone! I really wanted to thank you guys for reading my story.

You might have noticed I barely update, that's mainly because I don't have a lot of time, but also I'm not sure if people really enjoy this. It'd really be appreciated if you give me feedback, or leave a vote.

Also, I hope you guys like the new cover. I made this one myself, since the last one was kinda unprofessional. (Not like I am professional xD)

Thanks again everyone ♡

New chapters are on their way!
