"Because they're my mates. They came back for me after your boyfriend sent them away. You knew, every moment, why I was in so much pain and you never said anything, never did anything, you left me alone...how could you do that to me?"

"They eat humans Madison, I didn't want you hurt, I-"

"Oh fuck you, vampires can't hurt their mates, you wanted to feel special for once in your life, Bella with her vampire family, finally the family she's always wanted, it's pathetic." I growled and she looked taken aback.

"I'm sorry you think that...however it's not true. This is perfect though."

"How so?" I questioned, not understanding why she would want to be anywhere near James or Victoria.

"They can change us and we can find the Cullen's, I'll get Edward back and you can be with Jasper again, I know you miss him." I glared at her as she tried to use my pain over losing my best friend to get what she wanted.

"Well, if I asked Victoria to change you I'm sure that she would..."

"Alright, let's do this, we can go to the Cullen's house while-"

"However I'm not going to do that." She turned back to me shocked. "I've already been promised immortality, my mates want to be with me forever, it's not my fault Edward wants you to stay his precious little human pet. Besides, me asking them to change you would be doing something nice for you, to help you find a way to get over your pain, right? Well I have no interest in helping you, just like you had no interest in helping me. Now you get to feel what I felt for months, and you get to do it alone now, just like I did. Good luck with that Bella." I walked out of the kitchen and sat back on the couch beside James who just smirked at me.

"I love when you're all evil, it's adorable." He leaned down, kissing me roughly and I responded quickly, happy my father had left the room. I had just swung my leg over to straddle him when the doorbell rang and I groaned, feeling his, as well as Victoria's, who had been kissing along my neck, hands leave me. I stood and walked to the door, swinging it open to see a very excited Lauren Mallory and Jessica Stanley, as well as an uncomfortable Angela Webber on my porch.

"Um...hi?" I spoke, confused. "Were you supposed to go out with Bella today?"

"No silly, we're here for you. I told you we were going out once you were off bed rest!" Lauren giggled, walking in and pulling me to the stairs. I turned to see James and Victoria gone as Jess and Angela followed us all the way to my room. "We found this amazing new club in Port Angeles and we're so going tonight! You need to change quickly." Lauren and Jess began sorting through my clothes while Angela began working on my hair, quickly straightening it and styling it just as Jess whipped off my shirt and pulled a black and red corset onto me. It wasn't something I wore often but I thought it was cute, and it just covered my bandages. She pulled the strings tight as Lauren handed me a pair of skinny jeans.

"Guys, I'm not sure about this, I-"

"You're not getting out of this." Jess insisted and I sighed, grabbing a thong from my drawer, knowing with how tight these pants were I would need it. It took a good 5 minutes to work the pants on in my bathroom but once I did, I had to admit, I looked very nice.

"Quickly!" Lauren exclaimed, doing my makeup and handing me my black heels.

"Lauren, I don't-" I was cut off as she pulled me back down the stairs, barely giving me enough time to grab my money and phone before I was shoved into her car. "I feel like I'm being kidnapped." I hissed as I pulled my heels on.
