"Where is Bryn with my food!!!" I think to myself.
"Knock Knock."
"Get your butt in here I'm hungry!" I say.
"Meow! Here you go..." Bryn says with a little devilish smirk.
"Thanks." I say
"Hey, um I'm going to visit Vanessa."
"Alright cya in a bit."
Vanessa is one of the girls in remission here, Bryn met here a few weeks ago and now they are like best friends.
KNOCK KNOCK
Who is it?" I say very unsure
A familiar face peeks in my room.
"Ryan!!" Oh gosh I haven't seen Ryan in ages!
"Someone is happy to see me." he says with that cute little Ryan smile.
I love his smile it's oh so cute!
"Well I haven't seen you in forever! Every time we are here you are always with Bryn!"
"Well I'm sorry!"
"Oh shut up and come give me a hug, you brat."
I smirk and he makes his way over to my bed hugging me.
"So, how are things with you?" he asks.
"Alright, I guess. I mean, I can feel myself growing weaker everyday."
A tear slips down my cheek. Ryan looks at me with sadness in his eyes.
"Addy, don't cry." he whispers, as he whips the tears off my cheek and kisses my forehead.
In that moment I felt like we were connected on a whole different level.
A small smile leaves my face, as I look up into his eyes. All I see is compassion and love.
For whom? I don't know, possibly me?
