The monster was the length of a bus. Its leathery skin was black like the night. It had huge wings about the length of half itself. The monster had no nose just a mouth. Its ears were bat like. It's eyes were weirdly blue. Like the sky but... different. I couldnt explain this difference, I didnt know how.
I watched from behind the corner of the wall, as the monster devoured my family. I was to scared to move, too scared to do anythong except watch this happen.
When the monster looked at me i froze. It was going to kill me. This was it, im dead.
The monster backed up if scared by something behind me. I turned slowly just in time to see a huge monster fly past me.
My brain didnt register what was happening till it did. I was for sure going to die.
