"Miss Ling, I need to you to bring the files on your desk to me as soon as possible. This is urgent." A man said with a firm voice through his black telephone.

The man was sitting on his chair behind the desk, facing the overly vast window. He was well aware of the skeptical looks he was receiving from the people behind him, but he payed no attention to them.

The young woman sighed from the other end. "Jin, you can just call me Xiaoyu, or Xiao, like old times. You don't need to be so formal with me."

The man copied her action. "I would consider the option, but this is a strict business. There is no room for informalities. Now please bring the files." He commanded once again. The spiky haired man could practically see her pout, even though she was not in his line of vision. "I'll bring them up right away."

"Good. Please hurry." He spoke before hanging up the phone.

Jin Kazama took control of Mishima Zaibatsu for the second time after his grandfather, Heihachi Mishima, finally died. A number of employees who endured his first reign resigned out of fear of what they would have to do again. A good portion kept their job to put food on the table for their families.

Either way, a large percentage of the employees did not want Jin to be their employer again, for the obvious reasons.

Jin Kazama could not care less. He was the boss again, so things were going to function his way again. No one knew why he became the leader once more, or what his motives were. He decided that those plans were to be explained later.

For now, he needed a new team. A group of people that would most likely stay loyal to him, which was difficult to find. Everyone hated him for what he put the world through. That was his intention, but now, it was backfiring on him.

"Sir, she arrived. She is waiting behind the door." A soldier's voice cut his train of thought. "Come in, Miss Ling." The voice echoed throughout the commodious office, still facing his back to the door.

On his order, the door opened, revealing a Chinese woman, who held a few files in her dainty arms. She approached her boss' desk and slapped the files on the wooden slab.

"Here's the files. Do you want me bring you water or some coffee?" She said, tilting her body to the side in attempt to get a peek at the man facing the other direction.

"No, thank you. But I need you to look at these files with me." He faced the professionally-dressed (with the exception of her signature pigtails) young woman and grabbed the files. "Uh...But I need to get back to the lobby. There are some people waiting to make an appointment with you." She said nervously as she walked towards the window, looking down at the line that started from the entrance and went on from there.

Jin's onyx eyes scanned the room. He pointed at a random woman with curly brown hair. "You." He said, catching the woman's attention. "M-Me?" She asked, pointing a shaky finger to herself.

"Yes, you. You are on Secretary duty until further notice. Now go. You have work to do." Jin ordered, making her scurry out of the room without hesitation. "I won't let you down sir." He heard her say as she left his office.

"Take a seat, Xiao." He gestured to the black chair in front of his desk, making her brown eyes light up with hope. She gave him a silly smirk. "Oh? What happened to, 'this is a strict business', and 'there is no room for informalities'?" Xiaoyu did her best imitation of Jin's voice.
