"Kazuyaaaaaaaaaa! Kazuyaaaaaaaaaa! Kazu--!"

"Silence yourself, child!" The G Corporation leader barked over his shoulder at the cat-themed girl before returning to his computer monitors, which showed various angles of the Zaibatsu team's limousine. He has been watching them since they had escaped from their burned workplace and up to this very moment. As the entire world could see, the father had made a move. It begged the question as to what his son's real motives were, but even if he had a game-changing plan up his sleeve, Kazuya liked to believe he was always one step ahead.

Bringing a cup of coffee to his lips, Chloe came over to him and stabbed her chin into his shoulder blade--hurting his shoulder more than he would like to admit--as he took a sip. She scanned her eyes over the footage, seeing a red-headed man being attacked by a mob of animals. "That looks like it hurts."

The silence in the room was disrupted by the girl unwrapping a submarine sandwich from its packaging. She was oblivious to the glare sent her way, and took a bite from her snack. When she spoke, chunks of her chewings flew everywhere. "So they're just gonna watch him suffer like that?" Chloe marvelled, a piece of her chewings flying off her lips and onto her boss' cheek. On cue, his frown deepened.

"Wait, you really placed millions of cameras in that forest?"

Containing his anger as her bolus slid down his scarred cheek, he answered spitefully. "Of course not, you fool. All you should know is that I have eyes and ears everywhere."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Her question was backed by doubt in his words, but she was answered by silence; and slowly, it began to fill the room...until she cut through it again.

"What are we even waiting for?" She asked, squinting her eyes at the monitors. There were so many of them that her blue eyes couldn't keep up.

"Patience, dammit," he snapped, "just watch!" Flinching at his tone, her arm accidentally knocked his cup of coffee off the table. The sound of glass shattering on the floor was her green light to scurry out the door before he could toss her out the window again.

Holding her breath, the female Kazama saw the Zaibatsu CEO's eyes' golden color suck back into his pupils like a vacuum--from what she can view at her odd angle--and he blinked rather blandly. Without warning, he unlocked the door and stepped out. "Jin, wait!" Asuka tried to pull on the ends of his long coat. "I was kidding, don't kill him!" She cried out. To her surprise, he turned back and uttered two words that left her confused: "I know." He slammed the door behind him and made a bee-line for the Korean. Of course, he knew that; he would've sensed the tiny bit of life inside her if that were true. Jin exited the limo for a completely not-very-different reason.

As the male Kazama neared the man, the animals drew back and continued their way as if nothing happened at all. The Blood Talon laid on the dirt in a pathetic heap. The son of Kazuya reprimanded himself for getting carried away and wasting time, but watching the Korean's body twitch the way it did almost made Jin crack a smile. Before he could grab the maimed man by the nape of his collar, Miguel called his name. Looking up, Jin found the gruff man at the top of a tree that was smaller than the surrounding ones. Instead of seeking a logical explanation for why the Hispanic man is up there, the leader focused on the object that appeared to be in the other man's hand.
