The Beginning Of The End

Sometimes there are no words to explain.

There are somethings you don't expect, well it's one of those moments I'm running down a white hall way lights blinding my eyes. I was hearing voices call my name but my feet kept carrying me down the hall. As I entered a room I could hear screaming and then the sound of a baby crying.

The image went black and I am was facing my self in the next mirror. What the hell was that? What did I just witness? I felt my self becoming faint and another image appeared in the mirror. I could seem my self sitting on a bed holding something I couldn't tell what it was. When the nurses moved I see a small blue blanket in my arms and I see two little baby arms come out.

" Jacob Michael, that will be your name little guy." Soon my whole body started seizing and the took the baby out my arms my monitors were going crazy and it crowded and loud.

The vision started to fade and another image appeared. There was a smaller room and the baby was sitting in a nursery. A woman was holding him and rocking in a rocking chair. Soon a bunch of men came flooding the room and the baby was taken from the nurse and carried down the hall. I followed the men as they carried the child to the back of this truck and started off.

I felt like a huge hole was punched in my gut as I watched the truck drive off. Was this my future? As I made my way back into the hospital I try to find my room. There was a lot of chatter and yelling, as I make my way to where it is all coming from I see my self yelling at everyone.

"Where did you bring my baby!? I want to see my son!" They we're trying to restrain me because I was lashing out trying to attack the nurses and doctors. Once they had my calm, I was just there in the hospital gurney crying and shaking.

Then my body sat straight up staring straight at the wall and all of a sudden there was this horrible scream. The whole hospital shook, and all the glass every where bursted. I look back at my body and there was this red glow around me from head to toe.

Everything went black and I am back facing my self in the mirror. I couldn't help but feel scared and upset about what I just saw. I hope what I am seeing isn't going to be happening when I finally wake up. Things just don't really seem to make sense anymore, I can't stop thinking about the baby that was taken away from me.

"We can't explain it it's almost as if all hell is reigning on earth. There are these massive creatures and it's all centered around one girl." I look up to see news reporters lots of different stories about fires and abnormal weather.

"Fire will rain from the sky, earthquakes will shatter the earth. The end of near and there is nothing that can prepare you for what is coming." I hear my voice it's almost as if over a intercom.

Soon I am facing the mirror again and this time I am in a room and they had a bunch of men and woman were surrounding something. When they move there I am once again in another tank, this tank was very different then any other. It was upright instead of laying down, you could see my head and chest nothing else. This tank was slightly bigger then the others.

"You have orders to shoot if need be, but don't shoot to kill. She is very important to us try restraining her first if that doesn't  work then shoot." I see a woman talking to the guards and staff that was guarding my tank.

I feel my self get really weak there was no noise or feeling just silence. Suddenly I had some control and I was no longer looking into darkness. I was in the tank and pounding on the door and panicking I see people in white lab coats come over and inject something into the system to sedate me. I feel the bleak darkness take over me once again and I can't help but feel overwhelmed by what I have been seeing.

Sometimes when I fall into darkness I feel like Liam is with me. I miss his touch, the feeling of his kiss, and the way he would say " I love you." Sometimes I swear I hear his voice in the void it just makes more and more sad.

I feel this sudden jolt of pain in my chest and I remember the serpent. This pang in my chest won't leave and it gradually grows stronger with ever second. I hear this loud noise and some laughter.

"Hello?" I call out. No response, so I start to walk around to try and figure out where that just came from. Soon I am face to face with a version of my self, it hits me right in the gut and starts to laugh once more.

"Once these phases are over, I will have total control your so weak and feeble and it will be no problem taking over." She says as she disappears.

I sit a moment and think about the words that were just spoken to me. When will this cycle end? Is it only going to get worse from here? I guess I really am broken...

When will something come that is good? Will the rest of my life be like this? I just ask my self these questions as the mirror appears again. This time I am in a room where the tank was, I see them wheeling it down the hall.

I look around looking for anyone and the place is pretty much deserted. I walk out side to see devastation I see what looks almost like an army. I see war people fighting for humanity and I am in the center of the battle field surrounded by gun fire and screaming.

People were dying and people were injured. Once again I am surrounded by darkness and this time I don't feel like there is an escape...
