Chapter 1- Frustrated
Aaah... The great feeling you get when the last bell rings on the last day of school. Summer!! Unfortunately, summer goes by way too fast.
Then what do you know? It's the last day of summer. So much for vacation. I flop down on my bed, letting myself sink into the mattress. How should I spend my last day of summer? The beach? Done that. Played on electronics all day? Done that. Went school supply shopping? Yesterday.
What to do now? I pick up the phone and call my best friend, Leah. "Hey, she says when she picks up. "What's up?" She asks. "What are we going to do? It's the last day of summer!" I said, putting emphasis on the last word. Leah yawned. "I don't know. Be there in 10." "Ok," I said. I hung up the phone.
