Thanks to all who have read this far! I really hope I get more views. I am going on vacation this summer so I might not be able to update AS much, but I will still be updating. Anyway, next chapter!! :)
Chapter 5- Here goes nothing
Again, like any other day, I wake up to my alarm clock. The thing is so annoying, but I can't get up myself because I always end up falling back asleep. So I get out of bed and pick out my outfit. Today I'm wearing a blue shirt with a matching green and blue skirt. I'm wearing black flats with it. I put my hair in a ponytail and go eat breakfast. My mom had already left for a meeting, so I just made toast and when I finished it, I brushed my teeth. Then I got my backpack and went out the door to the bus stop. Leah was already there. "Hey," she said. "Hey," I said back. Before we could say anything else, the bus pulled up. When we got on, I tripped and fell and landed on the first seat. Leah stifled a laugh, because even though I wouldn't have minded if she did laugh, the bus driver was giving us an evil glare. He has problems. Leah just sat next to me because we both knew the bus driver probably didn't want to wait. I got out my phone. "Hey," I told Leah. "Let's battle on subway surfers." Yeah." She said. Once we were both on the app, I said "3,2,1, go!" And the races begin. And it turns out that Leah won by like a second, because I used a jet pack and when I landed I was right in front of a train. So, it hit me. Leah ran into a wall a second later. But, I got more points than her, so we called it a tie. When we got to school, it started out as a normal day. But things got really weird.

It all seemed like it was in slow motion. The crowd up against the lockers slowly parted. Well, everyone except us. We didn't know what the heck was going on. But then, I saw her, and it was like we both transmitted the same message between our minds: The queen bee. She would have been beautiful, if she didn't have the ugliest smirk ever on her face. She had blond curls, and was wearing black high heels and a black dress. I mean, is that even appropriate? We're not graduating here. She was really tall, and she looked like she was in the senior year. And this when I just about died. She went over to locker 1044, and opened it. Everyone's eyes were on me, and Leah looked at me like what the heck is going on. I shrugged my shoulders at her, and I grabbed my binder, closed my locker, and started heading to math. I heard high heels clacking against the floor, and I thought she was coming to ME. But judging from the noise level, which was gradually getting back to normal, she was probably heading the other way. I turned around, and yep. She was heading over to physics. Good. Leah came over to me. "What the heck was that?" She asked. "I don't know." I said truthfully. "Come on, let's go to class." She said. We headed to our different classes.
