These are the assessment forms that judges will use to privately review each story they are evaluating. This section has been added so everyone participating can get a gist of how their stories will be evaluated.

Depending on the category, these forms are subject to change. Those changes will be updated on this page + PM'd to judges of those specific categories.

When the judging period begins, the forms will be PM'd to each judge. Also, there is no need to be formal or super thorough when filling out these assessments-- use slang, curse like a sailor, write how you speak, etc. Just fill out the form how you wish.

Judges can send their forms using either of the following methods:

Via PM to this account. You can send them all at once after you've completed the judging round, or one by one as you finish.

Via email to wastethenightawards@gmail.com. You can copy & paste the form into the body of the email, or send it in a Microsoft Word document or PDF, whichever is most convenient for you.
