*Binnie's POV*
I kept running; out the school doors, past the parking lot, to the edge of the school field where I was 90% sure I wouldn't be bothered.
That 10% chance was introduced too soon as a voice spoke from behind me.
"Hey. Your name's Moonbin, right? You already know that I'm Cha Eunwoo, but go ahead and call me Eunwoo."
I sat up straight and turned around, gasping. Eunwoo was standing a little less than a foot away from me, which was too close for my liking.
I took a step back and cleared my throat.
"Why are you out here?" I tried speaking confidently, but my voice came out rather quiet.
"To talk to you," He took a seat on the ground and leaned against the tree, looking up at me.
"Oh." I put my weight on my left foot and looked away. "Why, though?"
He sighed, "You sure ask a lot of questions."
I shrugged and took a deep breath.
"I'm out here because you're interesting. You're different from the stuck up kids at this school." Eunwoo spoke.
I turned back to him. "Just because I'm different, doesn't mean it's a good kind of different." I sighed and plopped down across from him. "I'm sorry, you're trying to be nice, but all I'm doing is rejecting everything you say."
Eunwoo shrugged and slightly smiled, "It's fine. And if you're saying that you being different isn't good because of all that jinx stuff, then you can stop, cause that won't get rid of me."
I shot my head up to look at him. "You already know?"
He nodded and smiled even more. "Of course. You know, when you come to a new school, sometimes people try to get you to join their little groups, and when doing so, they tell you about their views of everybody in the school."
I looked back down to the grass. What had people told him about me? Was this all a joke to see how long he would last if he was near me?
Eunwoo suddenly grabbed my hand and stood up, which pulled me with him, but with my amazing luck, I tripped over his foot and fell into the tree he was previously leaning on.
I dropped to the ground and squeezed my eyes shut, setting my hand on my forehead and rubbing it.
I could hear Eunwoo rushing down to my side as he tried moving my hand to look at my head.
"Oh gosh! I'm so sorry! That was too sudden wasn't it? I should really slow down. How bad does it hurt? On a scale of 1-10?" He rambled on.
I pushed his hand away and sat up, opening my eyes and still rubbing my head. "Don't worry about it. That's not even the worse I've dealt with. I'm like, a professional jinx, this is nothing." I attempted to joke as I stood up, but when I turned and saw a very serious Eunwoo, I stopped.
"I'll say sorry, because that was my fault. I pulled you up too fast, so it was my fault. No arguing." He crossed his arms and stared directly at me.
I put up my hands in defense, "Okay, Okay. I won't argue."
He then started smiling and grabbed my hand again, pulling me up, but slower this time.
As soon as I was standing and not falling over again, Eunwoo led me to the street and started walking down the sidewalk.
We walked through town for a little while, and I had been getting a bit uncomfortable due to the fact he still hadn't let go of my hand.
I awkwardly coughed and he turned to me. "Is something wrong?"
