What't Crawled up her ass and died?

The rest of the morning, every time that Destiny passed by me she scowled and shoulder bumped me. I also found out where I recognized her. It was 1 week after my parents died. And the first the first time Cayden started bullying me.

Flashback: I came strolling into school my head down as usual. I was devastated that my parents died but what was I supposed to do about it? Dillon wouldn't even look at me in the face. He said it was my fault.

I went to my locker. Being a freshman sucked! Everyone made fun of you for being the underdog. Cayden Williams, Alpha Williams son came walking down the halls. At once people said good morning to him, high fived him and girls started drooling.

His girlfriend of the week was Destiny. I know because she was hanging onto his arm like most of his girlfriends do. His eyes were focusing on one target. Me.

He came up to me, I bowed my head in respect but he grabbed a bundle of my hair and slammed my head into the locker. I cried out in pain, he used his Alpha strength. Everybody froze and stared wide-eyed. When Cayden turned around and growled they all started laughing scared of what their Alpha would do to them.

Even some of the humans laughed. They were simply just scared of Cayden. Everyone had a reason to laugh. They were scared. But Destiny and her clique laughed because they thought it was really funny that someone was in pain.

The rest of the day people pushed me into the walls. Pulled my chair out from under me. And even the nerds I sat with at lunch excluded me. I healed my head fast because of my werewolf abilities. But I still had a headache.

At the end of the day I was walking home because I still wasn't old enough to drive. That's when Destiny and her group pulled up in a neon pink sports car and circled around me.

By then I already had a black eye, bruised arm, and busted lip. They pushed me into and alley behind an apartment building and beat me up. I could of easily fought back because of my Beta blood but all my energy was gone. And I was agony as it was. Before they left they took turns kicking me in the stomach and spitting in my face.

I was in too much pain to get up and blackness took over me. The next morning I woke up in the same alley and was already healed. But something bothered me. Nobody gave a damn to look for me. That hurt me really bad and it almost broke my heart. The next three years were spent like that.

End of flashback.

Now I wonder why did I take Cayden back? Why did I forget all the pain he caused me? And why did I learn to love him?

I walked into Cayden's office and took a seat in the huge leather seat in the corner. He looked at me and then went back to his Mac on his desk. I got up from my chair and went up to him.

He opened his arms. I giggled and jumped into his arms. He sat me on his lap and kissed my head, I turned toward him and placed a peck on his cheek. " I'm bored.." I say playing with his hair.

"Let me finish this and then we can do something" He said while turning back to his computer and writing something. He clicked send and took me off his lap. I think he was sending and email to another Alpha about hunters and rogues in our territory or something.

We held hands and walked outside into the hall. " What do you want to do?" He asked. " I don't know.." I say thinking of something in my head. Suddenly and imaginary light bulb lights up above my head.

"Wanna go to the movies with Jay and Dillon?" I say smirking. "Sure, but why of all people Jay and Dillon"He asked confused of that combination of people. "Because their mates!! C'mon if you didn't know that then your one late motha-"

He cut me off. "I don't wanna hear the rest...." He said. I chuckled and dragged him upstairs to Dillon's room. I knocked and heard a muffled "Come in." I headed inside pulling Cayden behind me. Dillon was spread on his bed his phone extremely close to his face. I heard a Facebook notification go off.

This is what Beta's do?

"Get up and get dressed you are coming to the movies with us!!" I screamed opening up his shades. Cayden walked to the other side of the room and picked up a rotten looking piece of pizza from the floor. He laughed and high fived Dillon. Disgusting boys!!

After and hour of making Dillon shower and put on a fresh pair of clothes, we pulled up in front of Jay's house on Cayden's cherry red Audi Spyder R8. I knew if I told Jay who we were going with she wouldn't agree. So we decided to surprise her instead.

I knocked on her door. I heard shuffling and the sound of grunts. "Matt!!!" Jay screamed and threw the door open. She looked at me and waved happily. " We are going to the movies" I say. She was already dressed in decent enough clothes. She nodded and went back inside. She then came back out with her wallet and her phone.

"I needed to get away from Matt anyway! Our mom left on a business trip" she talked on.

Once she got into the car she froze and stared at Dillon. Not forgetting to glare at Cayden and give him the "I got my eyes in you" sign with her fingers first. "Step on it!!" I yell before Jay gets any ideas and jumps out of the car.

We speed down the streets with windows down and music blaring so loud we were getting looks. Everyone was enjoying themselves. Even Jay who was awkward at first. Then she left her inner self out again. She was talking about how Matt tackled her in the middle of the night when Dillon growled.

"Don't worry, Matt is her brother' I whispered in his ear. He calmed down just as we pulled into the movie theater parking lot. FUN HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!! :)
