Trust: Chapter 14

'Shay what's going on? You and Dominic are acting so secretive.' I shook my head and washed my hands. Rochelle had been questioning me all day about what I was keeping from her, obviously it was about the notes and texts but I didn't want to worry her.

'Its nothing Chelle so don't worry.'

'You're lying to me I can tell you know, I'm not stupid.'

'I'm not lying alright?' She shrugged and added some more lip gloss to her already fully glossed lips.

'You really don't need anymore of that stuff you know.'

'I guess, I don't want them getting dry though.'

'Trust me, they won't.' I laughed and picked up my bag as we walked out the toilets, it was the end of the school day and I hadn't got anymore notes or texts since the last one so I guess everything was fine. Dominic was acting slightly weird though, he didn't think I could tell but I could. We walked out to the front gate and I saw Dominic leaning against his car with Aidan standing next to him, Aidan ran over to me and jumped on me.

'Jheeze! You alright then Aidan?'

'Yeah I'm okay.' He got down and gave Rochelle a hug, I could see Leona and Melody watching and whispering amongst themselves I could hear Melody say 'When did she have a baby and get a man?' Is that any of their fucking business though? If they used their eyes they would be able to see that Aidan looked like a 3 year old and they know I don't have a baby, idiots. Dominic started kissing me and Rochelle cleared her throat.

'You know I feel slightly sick that my best friend is lipsing my cousin.' I laughed and we all got in the car, he drove us back to his and Aidan was first to get out the car and run up to the door. Dominic passed the keys to Rochelle and she went inside with Aidan.

'Baby we need to talk.' I frowned and he held both my hands.

'Ite you know I love you right?'

'Yeah, I'm not going to marry you you know.'

'Nahh, not now.' We laughed and he sighed.

'You know that day I took Aidan to pick up his stuff?'

'Yeah?'

'Well I must of-'

'DOMINIC!' Justine's loud voice screamed his name from the end of the road, I rolled my eyes and he kissed his teeth. He screwed as she got closer to us and she smirked.

'Sorry did I interrupt something?'

'Fuck off Justine why are you here?'

'I came to pick my son up.'

'I told you I'd drop him round on Tuesday and it's Monday so go home.'

'No, I want Aidan.'

'You want him now yeah? These times you wanted an abortion?'

'Shut up Dominic I don't go around exposing your business.'

'Yeah because you know if you did I would mess you up.'

'Dom calm down.' I said and rested my hand on arm and he slowly started to calm down, I have no idea why she wasted her time to come down here and wind me and him up. What was the point?

'You can leave now Justine.' I said to her and she screwed me.

'Who the fuck are you? You're just Dominic's ting love so don't get excited.'

'Why isn't he with you then Justine? You're trying to fight for a man that doesn't even want you.' She silenced and I went inside to leave them to argue. I went into the front room and saw Rochelle painting her nails again but this time, blue.
