Donatello's New Family ~* COMPLETED *~

Chapter 15

     Two months have passed while Rachel has seen Donnie as she was at work having to stay a little longer then normal. It was around 11: 43 pm as she was in the back getting her jacket on as it was almost cold enough for snow to come down from the sky.
    Rachel grabbed her bag and started out of the place as John was waiting for her at the door. When she was out he then locked the door. " want me to walk you home?"
    " No I will be fine thanks though John." She walked off and had her hands in her jackets pocket as she breathed out sense she likes seeing her breath get shown to pass the time.       She figured that those men after her stopped sense she has not seen any of them around. But she lifted her head up to the cold clear sky as she saw the new moon with very little stars.
    She took her hand out of her jacket feeling the cold while pulling it up in the sky as if reaching for it. ' The moon seems so different for some odd reason these few months.'
    She heard steps as she turned taking her hand down seeing a few men. But she could sense that they where not just walking around.
    When they noticed her they started to slightly run to her as she turned fast and tried to get away. As she ran the best she could but one caught up to her grabbing her arm pulling her to his chest.
    They pulled her to an ally while the one holding her had a knife to her neck. Rachel looked at the other two as they spoke while she felt anger build up in her. " Our boss wants to see you miss."
     " Let me go you sack of-" one punched her in the face as the man let's her go. But before she could fall to the ground one of them grabbed her again with both her arms and pinned them to her back.
     She got slammed to the wall as she opened her eyes as she started to growl at the men with her face squished to the wall. Her eyes was slowly starting to turn that honey color as the other men started to come closer to her with smirks.
    " you should have listened to her!" They all three heard as they looked up as well as Rachel seeing some one land to the ground. Rachels anger went fast away as her eyes where turning back as she saw the one standing up looking at the men with eyes of anger. "Don.."
    Donnie took his staff out and ran to the men as the two ran at him as the man holding Rachel pulled her off the wall. She was back to a man's chest and the knife back to her neck.
     But she was just looking at Donnie as he jumped and landed on one man's shoulder as he used the staff under the mans chin and jumped off and thru the man over him and to the  other man. As he looked Rachels way she all of a sudden held her breath as he put his staff behind himself walking closer.
     " If you don't want to end up in the hospital you would drop that knife." Donnie said standing know right infront of them looking right at the man.
   " Ha! You think I'm a idea! She is Shredders and she is ordered to see him." Donnie quickly stepped back once and got his hand to his belt then thru stars at the man as one hit his shoulder, his side and then the hand that was holding the knife.
    He let her go as the man then just yelled at Donnie. " You want her that much! Then fine!"
    The man got his good arm and slammed it hard at Rachel as she flew to the wall into it then fell to the ground. " Rachel!"
   Donnie yelled in each as he then ran at the man punching his face once and hard. Donnie then went to Rachel as she grunted and opened her eyes. " you really like to worry me don't you?"
    She blushed at him as she saw him smiling while he then picked her up in his arms. " D-Donnie what are doing?"
    " Taking you home." He then started to go up the building and then ran off the roofs as she just looked up to Donnie as he continued to head to her place.
     She could not believe how she was acting like a school girl In a romance fantasy. Once he landed he spoke as she blinked. " we are here."
    Rachel looked as she noticed that they where in the ally of her building. Donnie puts her in her feet as he looked at her while she looked right to his brown eyes. " you head in the normal way and I will surprise the kids thru the glass door."
     Rachel smiled grabbing his hand making him blush with a confused look. " They would love that."
    He looked away rubbing the back of his head. " Haha g-good. Well meet you inside. "
     She then watched him get up the building as she then started to get up the stairs to get home as fast as she could. As she was just getting to her door she opened it as the babysitter came over smiling. " Were they good?"
    " yes. Good as always. " she said as Rachel opened the door more for her sense she already gave her the money before heading to work. " thanks again see you again when I call."
    The baby sitter waved smiling and left as Rachel closed as well as locking the door. Her kids came over and hugged her when she walked to the living room. " Yes I missed you two as well."
     She went on her knees and hugged them two saying happy. " sense you two have been very good these few weeks I got a surprise for you. "
     "Really?" Max asked happy.
     " What is the surprise?" Samantha asked as she held the new stuffed animal that was a turtle that just looked like Donnie that Rachel took Samantha to build a bar shop.
     " it's right here and cold." They both turned around smiling wide and yelled running to him. " Donnie!"
