68 - Broken Relationships

SEUNGKWAN POV

We ran out of the cab and entered the hospital.

"E-Excuse me! I'm here for Bae Sungyeon! I heard she got hospitalised!" I panicked

"Bae Sungyeon? Ahh.. Right this way! I'll take you there" The Counter Lady said

"Kamsahamnida!" I bowed

We all ran to the room the Nurse led us to...

"Oh? You girls... What are you doing here?" S.COUPS asked as we saw PLEDIS GIRLS waiting outside

"We were notified... by her mother.." Roa said

"S-Seungkwan.." Omma called

"O-Omma! What happened? Are you okay?! You're fine right?!" I asked as I checked her

Omma nodded as she grabbed my shoulders..

"H-Her father did it again.. He hit her instead of me.. I'm very sorry... I should have protected her" Omma cried

"No you're wrong! You're not to blame! But where did he go? Did he escape?" I asked

"He's gone now.. H-He won't be bothering us anymore. I contacted the police after he ran off. They'll catch him" Omma explained

"I see.. That's good... That's good" I said as I embraced Omma

I looked at the others who stared confusingly...

I guess I should tell them everything right?

The doctor walked out from the room and took off his mask, "Sungyeon is safe. She just needs rest"

"Kamsahamnida Doctor" Omma and I thanked

I turned around and stared at the guys...

"I'm sorry for the inconvenience and thank you so much everyone" I bowed

"No worries. We're glad your sister is safe" S.COUPS said

"You guys can head back first. I'll stay here with my mother" Seungkwan said

"Alright... You must come back to practice okay?" Hyeonji said

"I promise" Seungkwan smiled

"Okay then, let's go guys" Woozi said

THE8 POV

Everyone entered the vans and got ready to go.

"Do you girls have a lift home?" Hoshi asked

"Neh, we do but I guess the person picking us up is abit late" Nayoung replied

"Leaving girls behind can be a bit dangerous.." I said

"Great. Then stay behind and wait with them okay? We're counting on you~" Hoshi smiled as he closed the door

"W-Wait a minute! I never agreed to this--" I said but the van drove off

I sighed, "I guess I have no choice.."

"Thank you for your concern" The girls bowed

"It's nothing.." I said

"But still, we're thankful" Kyulkyung smiled

He looked like a patient...
