The First Battle

~Chapter 5~

Luna's P.O.V-

     All I hear is ringing and muffled noises. My head was pounding. I can't feel my body. I want to open my eyes but I can't, I don't have enough strength. I thought if I just stay here then I'll just die. And I would be okay with that. I was in so much pain I couldn't do it anymore. The muffled noises become more clearer and I hear screams in the background. Then I hear something in my head. It was my "dad"
     "Get up Luna. Get up Luna" it kept repeating. Then the muffled noises become clear. They were saying
     "LUNA GET UP", "DON'T LEAVE ME"  Then I hear another voice and it was oddly familiar but I can't put my finger on who it was. 
     "Luna get up. I'm coming." I finally open my eyes and see Ray and Landon huddling over me. They have concrete dust all over them and some blood.
     "LUNA HURRY GET UP!" Ray says as she hugs me and brings me up. I get dizzy when I get up but I keep my balance. My ears had a faint ringing still.
     "Wh-Wh-what happened?" I say.
     "This is fucking crazy, there was this giant monster thing with one eye who smashed the whole lunch room wall after Sara disappeared. We need to get out. It won't be long until we die in this closet." Landon says being very serious.
     "But-t.... wait? Monster? Landon, Ray. Are you serious?"
"YES THIS IS CRAZY" Ray screamed.
"We need to go or distract it or do SOMETHING. Someone's coming to get us" I said limping towards the closet door trying to peak out. Ray and Landon were surprised that Luna believed them about the monster.
     "Luna? Who is coming to get us?" Ray said worried.
     "No time to explain, I have a plan..."

3rd person P.O.V~

     Landon ran out of the closet and into the middle of all the rubble, Where the one eyed monster was standing.
     "HEY YOU!" Landon said yelling at the 10 foot tall Monster.
     "YOU SMELL LIKE SHIT YOU UGLY ASSHOLE" Landon says trying to insult the monster to make him angry. The monster turns around and says
     "Food," in a deep voice. The monster starts to walk towards Landon while Ray is sneaking behind the monster. Ray looks around and see that everyone in the school is not freaking out. There just walking around like it was a normal day. While Ray was looking around Luna was still in the closet waiting for the signal. She was fiddling with her moon necklace that she had. She thought of her mom and dad. She looked down at her necklace and it was glowing silver and dark blue.
     "What i-," Luna says but then she hears screams of Ray. Luna runs out of the closet even though that wasn't the signal. She looked around for Ray. Once Luna gets to the lunch room she sees that the monster is holding on to Ray. His giant dirty hand is squeezing Ray.
     "LANDON WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!" Luna screamed.
     "She got distracted and the Cyclops saw her and took her." Landon yelled back. Luna looked up at Ray trying to dig in her mind. At this point her eyes were silver. Luna grabbed the sharp glass from the floor squeezing it while it cut her hand. But Luna didn't feel anything all she felt was the anger.
     "LET HER GO DUMBASS!" Luna screamed up at the tall Cyclops. The Cyclops looked down at her and he laughed deeply he sniffed deeply and then paused
     "Wait, what-" The Cyclopes looked again at Luna and sniffed. "What the-  you will make a good prize goddess. But why have a form of a demigod?" He said with a very deep voice. Luna's eyes were now clouded with complete anger. Luna held the glass tighter making her bleed even more. But Luna didn't feel it. She ran toward the Cyclops and sliced his ankle area.
"WHAT THE HELL!" He yelled in pain as he dropped Ray. Landon ran as fast as he could and caught Ray. Luna dropped the glass shard in pain. Her hand was sliced. Ray jumped out of Landon's arms and ran to Luna.
"LUNA! Oh my god are you okay, I'm so sorry I got distracted. You're really hurt..." Ray said as she gently grabbed my hand. But it wasn't over. The Cyclops, now angrier then ever, stomped the ground as he grabbed Luna.
Luna tried to scream but couldn't because she was being suffocated.
"H-h..." Luna said. Then all of a sudden her necklace started to glow. Luna looked down and closed her eyes trying to think of a way to live. But she knew she probably wasn't going to. She felt her rips being crushed slowly.
Luna popped her eyes open to the screams of the cyclops. When Luna looked down she saw a wolf biting the cyclops sliced ankle making it even worse. The Cyclopes dropped Luna and she lands on the wolf. The wolf was huge with beautiful gray fur and the most prettiest eyes. Luna gets off the wolf and looks back at the Cyclops
"I'LL BE BACK DEMIGODS!" He yells as he runs away from his wounds. Luna looks at the wolf not being scared. She knew this had to be something from her mom.
Luna looks down next to the wolf seeing that there is a Silver Bow and Arrow. Just as Luna was kneeling down to grab it, the wolf disappeared and so did the silver bow and arrow. The friends run to Luna confused.
     "LUNA!! WHAT WAS THAT!" Landon said.
     "I don't know..." Luna coughed out while getting up. Landon and Ray hugged Luna tightly hurting her a little. The friends unbraced and Landon started to speak,
"What now?"
"The monster called is demigods," Ray said coldly. " Your hand is still cut." Then Luna got the familiar voice in her head.
"Go outside," Luna trusting the voice said,
"Come on, we have to go outside. I think someone's there" Luna said.
"Who?" Ray said, but Luna was already jogging outside. The friends followed her. While jogging outside Luna told the friends about her "dream". The friends were even more shocked when she said that Zeus tried to curse her. Luna was anxious to see the person waiting outside.
