word count: 475 Charlie's POV Grayson pulls into the small beach near the end of town. By now it's 10:00 in the night and my dad was probably freaking out. He loves the Dolans to death but he hated that I was going out with Grayson.
He thinks that Gray is just going to use me. He knows how many girls Gray has dated, the whole town knew how many girl Grayson dated.
"We're here princess" Grayson says taking me out of my thoughts. I nod and step out of my Jeep.
"Grayson you didn't have to" I say looking at the rose petals lying in the sand in the shape of a heart.
"I would do anything for you" he says taking my hand.
"Thank you." I say hugging his side.
"Come in there's more" he says dragging me to the water passing by the petals.
"Grayson calm down" I say trying to keep up with him. I was tired from the game, my legs were hella sore (don't think in that way you dirty people ahaha). Grayson slows down and picks me up carrying me to the edge we're the water meets the sand.
He puts me down and holds me close to him.
"The sunset looks beautiful but you look even better you know." He says tucking a strand a piece of hair behind my ear.
"Stop lying Gray" I say laughing a little.
"You know I wouldn't lieabout that" he says pulling me closer closing the gap between us.
He starts leaning in and so do I within second our lips connect setting fireworks off in my stomach. Our lips move together. Everything felt right at this moment.
I pull away and look at him smiling.He always seems to do the right things.
Grayson pulls out a small box.
"Charlie I know your probably thinking- GRAYSON WTF IS THAT A RING WE ARE ONLY 17" He says putting a girly voice on.
"But it's a promise ring princess. I promise to keep you safe and stay loyal to you and to never stop loving you. To protect you and cherish our love forever." He says a small tear slips out of my eye.
He slowly wipes my cheek and makes me look up at him.
"Please be my girlfriend Charlie." He says with hope looking at me.
"Of course I'll be your girlfriend goof" I say smiling. He slips the ring onto my finger and gives me a small kiss.
