SEVENTH YEAR—EIGHTEEN (PRESENT)
"Hana, you have to help me!" Jimin shouted. "Tu and Yung won't stop pestering me!"
Hana rubbed her earlobes. "Tu from Ravenclaw and Yung from Gryffindor?"
Jimin nodded furiously.
"Yung, that annoying fucking gossiper?" Hana asked. "She set a rumor last year that Sirius Black and I were dating! She thought I was dating that white prick! And Tu, the really quiet girl that can't even look someone in the eye? Those two have a crush on you?"
Jimin nodded once again. "I don't know what to do. I can't escape them. Tu keeps handing me letters to read because she's too scared to talk to me, and Yung is so loud. She keeps bugging me and poking me to get my attention!"
"Just tell them off."
"That's mean. Plus, what if Yung spreads a mean rumor about me because I rejected her invite to go to the Spring dance with her? And what if Tu cries?"
Hana shrugged. "That sounds like a you problem."
"Hana!" Jimin whined.
"Well, what do you want me to do? Randomly predict something that benefits you and hope it comes true?" she asked, shaking her head at the mere thought.
Jimin sucked in his breath. "Well, you see, I actually knew that you sucked at reading tea leaves..."
Hana snapped her Potions book shut by the spine of it. "What?"
"I had a plan that if I lied about your predictions coming true, then I could make you jealous. I didn't have this plan at first, but you played right into it by saying that one girl would bump into me," he explained. "Then, you mentioned two girls later and it was going perfectly until your predictions started coming true."
"PARK JIMIN!"
Jimin cringed and cowered at her voice. "Yes?"
"You idiot! Why would you even have a reason to make me jealous? You've bothered me these past days for that reason?"
