Freddy's POV

Zack backed away and ran away. Zack kissed me! My best friend kissed me! And I liked it!

Zack's POV

Why did I do that?! He probably hates me now.

In Mr. Finn's classroom

Freddy's POV

Zack came in. I ran up to him.

"Zack"!

"Look, I know you probably hate me now, I think we shouldn't talk anymore".

"But-".

"I'm serious, I'm sorry".

He went to sat in his seat. First I lose my new songbook, now Zack doesn't want to talk to me anymore. Can this day get any worse?! Summer and Lawrence walked in depressed.

"What's wrong", Tomika asked.

"Night Lizard is playing the dance".

It's official. Worst. Day. Ever!

"Man, this stinks", Mr. Finn said.

"It's Freddy's fault".

"How's it my fault"?!

"If you just left us alone, then we've would've been done".

Everyone started agreeing with Tomika. Even Mr. Finn! I looked at Zack.

"Zack, tell them it's not my fault".

"They're right", he said without looking at me.

"Blame me all you want, this isn't my fault"!

I stormed out of there and went into the lunch area and sat down at one of the tables. I put my head down How can they blame me for this?! I felt a tear slide down my cheek. I wiped my eyes. I wish I had my songbook. I heard a thud. I looked up and saw my songbook. I wish for 1,000 dollars!

Justin came out. THAT'S NOT 1,000 DOLLARS!

"I found your songbook".

"Thanks, bye".

"You have ten songs in here, they're pretty good".

"Thanks, wait, you went through it"?!

"I overheard your argument with the brats".

"We're not brats".

"They acted like brats to you the way they blamed you. I don't think it's your fault, they're just angry and took their anger out on you".

"Thanks".

"I also saw Zack kiss you and then he decides to ignore you".

I felt tears coming out. He handed me a tissue. I'm not even going to question where he got the tissue. I took it and wiped my eyes.

Justin's POV

Everything is going according to plan. He's actually pretty cute.

"If you were our songwriter, then we would treat you right, I would treat you right", I said rubbing his leg.

Freddy's POV

"I would treat you right".

He started rubbing my leg. I feel weird.

"Will you join Night Lizard"?
