Freddy's POV

Rachel and I were back stage with Night Lizard.

"Hey baby girl. Can you go get us some water"?

"Call me baby girl one more time and I swear-".

"Rachel! I'll go with you".

We walked down the hallway. I had six water bottles in my hands while Rachel was drinking one.

"Thanks for the help Rachel".

"Anytime".

I rolled my eyes. Then I accidentally dropped my water bottle. Zack caught it.

"Thanks".

"No problem".

We stared at each other.

"So...who's the water for"?

"Uhhh...Rachel".

I gave the water to her.

"She's really dehydrated".

She rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, I'm going to go drink them, bye".

She left. We were silent for five minutes. I decided to break the silence.

"Zack-".

"Freddy, we're sorry that we blamed you. It wasn't your fault. We need our drummer and friend back".

"Zack, I-".

"Freddy"!

Zack's POV

I turned around and saw Justin.

"Zack".

"Justin".

He stood in front of Freddy.

"I don't want you talking to him".

"Are you guys together"?

"Yeah, got a problem with it".

I looked at Freddy. I saw a hint of sadness.

"No, no problem".

He took Freddy's hand and they left. Freddy looked back at me and they went into Night Lizard's dressing room. They don't even look like a good couple.

Freddy's POV

"Freddy, can I talk to you outside", Rachel asked.

"Yeah".

We went out into the hall.

"Are you sure about this"?

"Yeah".

"I just don't want you to get hurt".

"Rache, I'm not going to get hurt. Plus, I'm doing this for us".

"What do you mean for us"?

"To get away from dad. Rache, I care about you, I don't want to see him hurt you anymore".

"Okay", she said quietly.

We hugged. We separated as Night Lizard came out.

"I'll be in the crowd".

She left. I was about to go with her when I felt someone bite into my neck.

"For luck", Justin said.

He left with Night Lizard. I rubbed my neck. I looked in the mirror and saw he left a hickey. Great, that's all I need!
