If North could assassinate the princess, she would get enough money to stay alive for about 2 months. Good enough for her considering she had hardly any money on her, and she could barely pay for a proper meal. The next day North woke up and left the hotel, she stopped by a merchant and bought a notepad and pen.
After North got the notepad and pen she walked over to the castle, she took notes on all the possible weak spots. She also took notes on who entered or exited the castle, after she thought she was just about done taking notes she felt something press against her neck. No mistaking what it was, it was definitely a knife.
"Drop the notebook and pen and stand up slowly, try anything I will remove your head from your shoulders." A male voice said from behind her.
"Well, actually it's a notepad, considering a notebook is bigger than a notepad and notepads are pocket-sized," North said putting the notepad and pen on the ground.
"Shut up your lucky you aren't dead yet." The boy said.
"Luck has nothing to do with it, more or less your choice not to kill me yet had something to do with me not being dead yet," North said, trying to piss the guy off.
"Keep it up and see where that lands you." The guy said, taking North's Bowie knife.
"I'm gonna assume you're all bark no bite," North said smirking, she knew she was getting on this guys nerves.
He didn't answer, but he did tie her hands behind her back. The guy brought her toward the castle, not knowing he was about to let a Lexia's assassin in inside the walls of the castle.
