The next three days drug by but I texted the boys a lot. Since my mom decided that they couldn't spend the summer at my house, the rented out the house next to ours. The neighbors decided to move to Australia and left the house for rent. When the boys found out, they snagged it up in less then a minute.

After the last day of school, Val spent the night at our house. It's an end of the school year tradition. As well as the water park in Des Moines. Every year, after school lets out, my mom, me, Val, and our families go to the Des Moines water park. We spend the night at a hotel in Des Moines and then Val and I go to the mall while everyone else goes to the water park again. We usually join them around noon but still, it's always a lot of fun.

And being we are now seniors, we get to spend an extra couple of days. Our moms are paying for the hotel and have given us each a good amount of money but after everyone else goes home, we get to stay and do whatever we want. I beg my mom to let the boys join us this year and she finally folds after an hour of non stop 'please please please please'ing. I jumped and thanked her and ran to my room. I quickly dialed Niall's number and waited for him to answer.

"Hello?" he answered after two rings.

"Good news!" I said into the phone.

"What?" he asked, getting curious.

"I talked my mom into letting you guys come to the water park with us. We leave tomorrow morning at eight." I said into the phone.

"Really? That's awesome. I'll tell the boys. Bye." Niall said.

"Wait, you don't know how long we are going to be staying for." I said.

"Oh, yeah, I guess I do need the information about the trip, don't I?" Niall asked.

"Yeah, so, this year, since you five are coming, my mom is renting a charter bus to take. We will pack everything up and be on our way by 8 in the morning. Everyone is staying for one night. But Val, me, and you guys, if you want, are allowed to stay for longer. We can't stay for more then 5 days because that is all my mom can afford. So, be at my house by no later then 7, okay?" I explained to Niall.

"OKay, let me see if I got this right, Be at your house by no later than 7, leaving at 8, and pack a weeks worth of clothes?" Niall repeated, summoning it up perfectly.

"Yes, gotta go now. Bye, see you tomorrow!" I chirped into the phone.

"Bye." Niall said, and then he hung up. I put my phone up and began packing. I packed enough clothes to last me through the week. I zipped up my duffel bag and brought it to the living room. Sam had already packed and he only had a small bag and it was sitting on the couch next to him. I set my duffel bag next to the couch and he looked at it.

"Why do you have a duffel bag?" he asked me.

"I'm staying in Des Moines longer then you guys with Val and the boys." I told him, sitting next to him.

"Oh, yeah. I forgot. Where's mom?" he asked.

"I'm right here." Mom said, stepping into the living room with a bag and her purse in her hands. She set her stuff down next to mine and joined us on the couch.

"You two planning on going to bed any time soon?" she asked us.

"Nope." Sam and I said in unision. Mom gave us each a smile and got up again. She gave us each a kiss on the cheek, said good night and went to bed.

Sam and I picked out a bunch of movies and sancks and headed to my room. Every time we go on a trip somewhere, wheather its a month vacation to Florida (last summer) or a trip to Des Moines after school gets out, we always stay up all night and sleep on the road. It's a thing Sam and I both enjoy doing, especially when we can get Val to join us.
