"Yes mummy?" replied the little bright eyes looking straight at me.
"Can you please go tell daddy that dinner is ready?" I asked.
She ran immediately over to Nathan, who sat there while typing up his next report for his case, he was a detective and he loved his job.
"Ok ok" I heard Nathan say.
"Thank you" I said while smiling at Brianna, she smiled back.
"Brooklyn, why can't I work at the table while I'm eating, I'll get work done faster" He said.
"Because I wasn't allowed to when I grew up and I would like to at least not have to eat while looking at my husband's eyes not having his eyes glued to a screen" I said.
"Good point" He replied while kissing my cheek.
I love my family, it only consisted of 3 people and that was the way I liked it.
