27. Final day of school

Y/n p.o.v:

After the carnival scenario Christine asked me so many questions that my I ended up having 27 messages as my notifications which I didn't bother answering since all I wanted to do was go to sleep and think about how great today was. I couldn't help but think about how Michael's soft lips touched mine and how we kissed in sync, it was to good to be true. 

Some weeks past and it was the final of school everyone just wanted to go home after getting there report card and receiving the news that some had to take summer school. "So you're all going to be seniors next year?" I asked Christine, Michael, Jeremy, Jake, Rich, Brooke, Jenna, and Chloe. "Yup, going to be deciding were we're going, which is going to suck." Jeremy answered already worrying about all the papers that would be due in college. "Didn't you say you would be cool in college? Can't wait to see that if we go to the same school!" I told Michael. "You better get into the same college so that we can be together longer." He said tapping my nose with his finger. "Of course, wouldn't want to go anywhere else without you." I replied wrapping him into a tight hug. All the girls along with Rich cued at the interaction that they saw. "Better reply to the messages that I send you when you go to college y/n, I don't want you to be to busy banging Michael." Rich told me while Michael and I blushed a deep red. Everyone else laughed, except Christine she was scolding Jeremy and everyone else. "That's really mean say sorry, they are terribly sorry." Christine said. "It's alright, aren't you going to have to decide what colleges you want to enroll soon?" I asked her. "I got it all planned!" She said grinning, as for everyone else they just groaned. "Well lucky for me I won't have to worry about it until next year." I said sticking my tongue out. "Lucky." I heard Jenna say. Chloe then squealed and got everyones attention. "Guys a party is taking place tonight my parents won't be home for some family thing, I think my cousin has a graduation or something, anyways we should totally have a party and get wasted, well not you y/n your to pure." She said patting my head, what was I, a dog? I thought. "I think I'll sit this one out this is your time not mine, anyways I'm kinda busy tonight." I lied, I really just wanted to stay at home and catch up on [insert tv series]. "Really? You sure?" Brooke asked and I nodded. After that they all separated and I just followed Jeremy, Michael, and Christine.

Michael and Jeremy wandered somewhere to talk with these two guys that I didn't know so that left me with Christine. "Well what do you think you're going to do when we're gone?" Christine asked. I hadn't thought of that. "Well I might just spam everyone and ask them how life is going because I won't have any friends since you all are mean and are leaving me in a year." I said. Following this I heard a notification from Michael.

Can we talk, some time soon?

Sure, whats wrong?

I'll explain later, just meet me by the coffee shop

"I think something's up, I'm going to find Michael, I'll hang with you later okay?" I said putting away my phone. Just as I did Christine looked up from her phone and stared at me wide eyed. "What's wrong?" I asked her. "I'm sorry, I'll see you soon." She said hugging me. "I don't know whats going on, but okay." I said half laughing, I was getting nervous what was up with her and Michael. 

I walked towards the local coffee shop and found Michael inside sitting with two [insert favorite coffee drink] and fiddling with his sleeves of his red hoodie. "Hey Michael whats wrong?" I asked him. "Y/n, please sit down." He said standing up and pulling the chair outwards for me to sit. "Okay what's up with you?" I asked him. His expression was making me nervous, he had a worried look and he looked like he was holding back tears. "Um, well I didn't know that this was ever going to happen, but I got a recommendation from a teacher that they sent to a college and apparently they accepted me." He started and I jumped up in excitement. "That's amazing Michael! Which college omg I can't believe you got accepted!" 

Then it hit me. Did that mean he was leaving this year? I sat back down confused and worried. "What are you trying to say Mike?" I asked him getting nauseous. "If I want to go to the college then, I have to leave this year, right after summer break I have to leave or else I won't get in." He said grabbing my hand and playing around with it. "Wait you mean- What college are you getting into?" I asked him trying to process all of the information he had given me. "It's the one I talked to you about, the gaming one." He said as he stared into my hands. 

"Well," I began playing with bracelet that I had, well the bracelet that Michael had given me in the beginning when we began to date. "Do what you want to do and if what you want to do is go to that school then I won't stop you, do what makes you happy." I said looking at his wide smile growing by the second. "But I'd have to give consent to do what makes me happy." I laughed at him, he was trying to ease this tense situation. "I'll be waiting when you come back from college to do me." I said still laughing and standing up grabbing my coffee. I had to put on a fake smile, this was for Michael. "Wait where are you going?" He asked standing up ignoring his cup of coffee. "I was supposed to meet Christine." I said faking a smile and waving. I didn't want anyone to see me cry.

Once I got out of the store I quickly rushed home, not bothering to see if Michael was following me. I just wanted to go home and figure things out. I could talk to him tomorrow. Right? It's not like he was going to leave today. He'll be leaving in a month or so. 

Once I got home I went straight to my bed and hugged my pillow. I didn't know what to do. Sleep overtook me and slowly I went to my dreamland.

i know I've kinda been dead for a long time but I'm working on the final chapters maybe i'll post something as a valentines day special tomorrow?
