Chapter 11

I was now around 12 o'clock at night, and Laurence and I had out the whole time, just hanging out together. Our clothes and hair were soaked, but we could care less.

I think this is the happiest I been. Just being by him makes me feel safe and warm, but I know I have other things to worry about. For now though.. I'll enjoy every second with him.

I feel his hands brush against my hair and look up slightly. "You ok Kitty? You look like your thinking about something. Is something wrong?"

I smile and sigh. I shouldn't put him in danger because of me.. this is my problem. "N-No I'm okay promise. " He looks at me skeptically but sighs and nods. "Alright.."

I smile and look over seeing our neighborhood shining in the night sky. "The street looks amazing at night.." He smirks placing me gently on the ground and pecks my lips. "Not as amazing as you kitty.."

I giggling and sigh. "I guess I should probably get home, i-it's late and it's my first day back at the maid café today. Plus my parents might be worried.. or mad. Mostly mad. Heh.. " I blush, brushing my hair to the side gently.

"Alright.. see ya around kitty.. " He winks and walks home inside of his house and I sigh and turn beginning to walk down the street, but see something in the shadows.

"Well, well, well.. looks like prince has been busy huh?" I roll my eyes and growl glaring at his mischievous eyes. "What the fuck do you want Gene.."

"Oh no no dear, I came to check on our twins..." "H-How did you-" "I have eyes everywhere Prince.. don't think you've won yet..."

He feels my stomach and snakes his hands around my waist, leaning in before, I slapped him as hard as I could. "Ugh!" I quickly back up glaring. "Don't you dare touch me.."

He chuckles looking up holding his cheek. "You'll see Prince.. I'll get what I want.. no matter what it takes..." I breathe heavily watching him faid away in the darkness of the night and sigh.

"Not if I can help it.."

I sigh sitting up in my bed, after Laurence left, the night got worse.. First with Gene showing up then my parents yelling at me for coming home so late.

Plus, I barely got enough sleep as it is. I stayed up all night thinking about Gene, the twins.. my secret. This is all so much.. I can't- "Garnet sweetie, wake up! You'll be late to work!"

I sigh getting up from my bed and yawn looking through my closet grabbing my blue maid dress. I put it on, struggling to close it and grumble frustrated.

"Mom! A little help! " I blush and sigh watching the door open and my mom giggling at me.. "Mom! Not funny! Help me please!" She smiles trying to help me zip up but we both give up at some point. "

"Guess your not wearing that huh?" I sigh. "Well it has been 18 weeks.. but I didn't know it would be so soon.." "Soon? Sweet heart, you only have 5 months to get through. " I sigh and roll my eyes. "5 months, more like 5 years.."

"Now your just being over dramatic. Come on and get dressed. " "In what!?" "Just where something cute and mabye Aphmau will have something. "

"Fine.. I guess.."
