"Just going downstairs. Don't worry so much- I'm not going to die of poison while you're not there."

Home. The school term approached fast and heavy, Audrey anxiously awaited September 1st.

A majority of her time was spent playing exploding snap with Ginny, discussing Disney with Hermione or visiting the Diggory's. She could proudly say, she thoroughly enjoyed being around Cedric; this greatly annoyed the boys whom chose to interrogate her at every opportunity, "How's Ceddy?"
"Had fun with Diggory last night Drie?" And her answer was always the same: multiple curse words.

Ginny had her face knotted and contorted as she played against Audrey in yet another game of exploding snap, "I swear if this isn't the one I will lose it" she mumbled,
"Well, then Gin- better put your ducks in a row and... yes! Victory once more!" Audrey cried, jumping on the spot; Ron and Harry chuckled as they sat across from the two, "Another loss eh Ginny?"
"Ron I will hex you into retirement"
"But I'm not even sixty yet-"
"Exactly." Audrey bobbed up and down anticipating what was to come, "You wanna play? May be rough for someone who hasn't played Quidditch before." She scoffed, holding out her hand, "First to score seventy wins"
"One on one"
Ginny smirked triumphantly, "Of course."

"Yes! Well done Gin!" Audrey high-fived the red head fondly, we turned to see Ron in a mess on the ground, "How did she-"
"She's been sneaking into the shed and practicing with the old clean sweeps- and flawlessly exceeded it! You should have a Firebolt for being so good!" She grinned, noticing her cousin completely speechless, 'Finally!' She thought, wrapping an arm around him; "Say Ginny. Maybe, um- oh I dunno! Harry! You could lend her your Firebolt one time... Or a few times a week?" Harry nodded aimlessly. Audrey rolled her eyes knowingly, 'This boy is more whipped than cream' they all sprinted inside to Mrs. Weasley's amazing lunch.

September first: at last, the Weasley's escorted the children to Kings Cross station where, as per, muggles wandered and scurried to get to their train.

"I can't wait for this year!" Harry proclaimed, carting Hedwig and his trunk, "I'm going to thrash everyone in Quidditch this year"
"Sure Harry, sure"
"Well, I'm sure there will be more important things to worry about this year" Mrs. Weasley beamed; Audrey scoffed mockingly, "There's nothing more important than Quidditch- because I'm the best seeker of the century!" Everyone chuckled, "Come off it Audrey"
"Never dear cousin! You're suck with me forever" she smiled, exhaling deeply as she ran into the wall. In the blink of an eye she was on the Platform, the scarlet train bright as ever, the Weasleys, Harry and Hermione all soon joined her as they jumped onto the Hogwarts express for another eventful year.

Not able to wait any longer, Audrey departed to find her twin pals and grey eyed beaut- friend: Nicholas. From the brief glance she got of him in the Quidditch stadium, he'd definitely gotten taller and a little more muscle; the rose girl beamed as she saw the twins playing their classical game of food fight. "Don't waste food-"
"Drie!" Liza shrieked,
"Seriously, though. Can I at least have a Bertie Bott before they die from contamination?"
Rochelle handed her the packet, smiling casually. "So you actually committed to dying your hair" Rochelle said borishly,
"Yeah. You guys like it? I definitely do!"
"I believe it's absolutely stunning, princess" swerving around she met his eye's, oh goodness those eyes she could drown in them! Taken out of her trance, Audrey stuttered, "Nik- I... wow! You- you look great! Better than-"
"The social embarrassment is too precious" Liza muttered to her sister.
